Nice place to call home for a beach weekend

Really nice and convenient beachfront condo to stay at for a beach weekend. Being a ground floor unit, the view of the water is a bit obstructed by the cabanas and such, but the first floor convenience means getting to the water and getting in and out on the town really easily.

We really loved the condo. It's appointed nicely, king bed in mb was super comfy. Kitchen was very nice with fridge ice dispenser for drinks. Very convenient room location. Owners were super attentive to the few questions we had. As of our stay, the only thing to bear in mind is that we didn't have access to Hilton pools or amenities, only the one pool specific to Royale Palms. You could use the Wet Whistle bar and the entire stretch of beach. We stayed with our 3 teenage kids for a few extra days at the end of our trip. Could easily accommodate our family for a full week stay. Thank you Brenda and Gary for the hospitality.

Great location

Good location. Ground floor avoid the elevators! Well stocked. Very nice fluffy towels. Easy to communicate with Brenda and Gary.

Beautifully decorated, peaceful property

The condo was beautiful and had a large balcony to sit on. The property ground were georgous with a short walk right to the beach. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom. The owners were very easy to reach and quick to respond which is something that is seldom found in a vacation rental. We couldnt have asked for a more peaceful place to stay.

Needs to be updated.

If you are sensitive to fragrances and strong cleaning chemicals this is not the place for you. The queen mattresses, sofa & recliners are worn out. They need to be replaced. Location is good.

Perfect Stay!

We recently returned from spending 5 days in this wonderful condo. Unit was clean and very well stocked. Unit is located on the ground floor, but is very quiet, with not a lot of foot traffic in hallway. Host is very quick to respond to any questions you may have and check in and check out is a breeze! This is our second-year renting from Gary & Brenda, and definitely won't be our last. Kingston Plantation is conveniently located to all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer. Be sure to go to the Wet Whistle for a drink, but watch those bucket drinks - they will sneak up on you - lol.

Great 1st floor condo with Hilton amenities & quick beach access

We were in town for a baseball tournament and loved this condo. It was large enough for us, nicely updated and on the first floor. We could be in beach chairs with a quick walk outside and even though we didn't use it, you have access to the Hilton pools with this condo. The owners were very communicative and responsive to any questions we had and our stay was fantastic. We also LOVED that this condo had a few beach toys, chairs, etc. so that we didn't have to purchase or rent that. That is SO helpful. Condo was also well stocked with kitchen tools/utensils, etc.

Best Vacation Ever!

So let me say that the photos do not do the property justice. The space is much much bigger than I realized. I did not have to get in one elevator. The whole property was beautiful and private. The process was so easy from check in to check out. Everything worked and I did not see anything broken which is common with rentals. The beds were comfy and the walls are thick. I did not hear anything but my silly children at night. I feel so relaxed and in such a good mood after. It’s nice to have a place to unwind and not worry while you are also trying to have fun. Definitely making plans to stay again later this summer!

More than we imagined!

Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, right on the beach with a short walk. As soon as we drove up, we looked at each other and said this is going to be nice, we were impressed! Main level made it easy to load and unload, very open floor plan with plenty of room so do not let the sq. ft. steer you away. Wrap around outdoor deck was perfect for watching the sunrise and evening storms. This home was next to and attached to the Hilton where we were able to enjoy the outdoor bar/restaurant, coffee shop and gift shop. All other amenities were a short distance away, restaurants, surf shops, groceries, outlet mall. This was our first experience at Myrtle Beach and our stay was very impressive. Owner's were very responsive and welcoming. We hope to be blessed and able to make another trip and stay at this unit again soon. Our entire week was amazing!

Relax & Enjoy

Brenda and Gary’s unit on the Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach will definitely be on my list of units to rebook! The rental was very spacious, cozy, clean, and decorated beautifully. The host provided detailed instructions that made the whole experience a breeze. With many amenities and being a beach front property it’s the perfect “relax & enjoy” home away from home.

Great place, will stay with then again!

Location of the condo on the first floor was perfect. Furniture was big and comfy, all appliances we needed to cook and have coffee were there - sounds silly but we used both types of coffee makers due to different preferences of our family! Was so easy to get to the pools and the beach. We loved it!

We have stayed at Royale Palms for several years but first time in this condo. Being on the ground floor is a huge plus! The condo is very roomy, clean, and having the Hilton pool passes is a huge bonus. The balcony is huge and has a nice sitting area. Owens’s are very responsive. Great location as well -close to stores and restaurants.

A week of Sun & Golf

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach & it definitely won’t be our last. The condo is ideally located close to everything you need. Restaurants, shopping & golf. Mostly it is right on the beach & we got to share the pool at the Hilton. Brenda & Gary’s condo is spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including beach towels & beach chairs. All you need to bring is your clothes! If you are planning on visiting Myrtle Beach for golfing I would recommend that you book your tee times well in advance as they book up fast. Finally Barefoot Landing is a must see on your to-do list if you are visiting the area. Thank you again Brenda & Gary... we’ll be back next year!

Very nice condo. Roomy and clean. Door very hard to get opened, security had to open door for us 2x!

We really enjoyed this condo. Very clean and roomy. Door hard to get opened, we had to get security to wiggle the dead bolt with key. Dont turn the door handle, just turn key and push door open.

We Fell in Love with The Royale Palms with It's Beautiful Grounds! We Lived at The Royale Palms for Three Years and Absolutely Loved It! The Grounds Have That "Hawaiian Feeling". The Beautiful Beaches Are Perfect for Early Morning Walks and The Breathtaking Sunrise! So Much to Do! Just Down the Road You Will Find Walmart, Tanger Outlets and Many Restaurants to Choose From! First, we are located in the finest part of the Grand Strand, Kingston Plantation, home of large luxury condos, fine restaurants oceanfront restaurant and bars, entertainment within walking distance. Some of the finest seafood restaurants within one mile. The famous Tanger shopping outlets less than a mile and of course, Walmart. Great steak houses in this area also. The best sushi bars, dancing, just about something for everyone and all within a mile.
The Hilton/ Royale Palms Restaurants, Bars, Gift Shop and a private walkway down the Boardwalk to The Margate! Less than 10 minutes away is Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets and Walmart! Within 20 minutes away are Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium and Sky Wheel!

We Have Placed a Guidebook in The Condo Full of Many Suggestions on Dining, Shopping, Activities, Entertainment, Seasonal Entertainment and More! The Royale Palms and The Hilton are right on the ocean! We are pleased to offer this ground floor, large family unit. With this large family unit, you will not have to use elevators and there is a more private entrance to this unit so you will not have to come in close contact with others in the building. Waiting for elevators in this large complex can put a damper on your days. We offer two large bedrooms, one with a king bed with full bath and another large bedroom with two queen beds and second bathroom. There is also a lockout bedroom that has a king bed and full bath and a private balcony that can increase the condo to 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, when available, thus able to accommodate 10 guests total.
Couch is a sofa sleeper should you need additional sleeping arrangements! Very Large Unit! Large Living Room and Dining Room. Large Kitchen and its own laundry room! Just inside the front door you will find another door. Open it and you will find beach chairs, boogie boards, etc... for your enjoyment! This Corner Unit has an extra-large balcony overlooking the private pool with a view of the beautiful vegetation with a Hawaiian flare!
