Beautiful ocean views from this 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condo on the 11th floor of South Hampton, located in Kingston Resort. This condo has new furniture and flooring with an open floor plan that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach. It features 3 private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

INCLUDES:
- Access to private South Hampton pool, St James pool, and Beach pool. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Great place!

This is a great condo with beautiful ocean views! It was very clean and comfortable. The location is great too. Close enough to all of the area’s attractions, but far enough away to feel “touristy”.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and was very clean and exactly like the photos. The pools were very nice as well. The owners were very responsive.

South Hampton 1107 is a super nice place to stay. The condo looked and felt brand new, clean as a pen, quiet and convenient to everything. Booking, check-in to check-out was easier than buttering toast. We’ll definitely book there again.

Overall, everything was wonderful. Just wish that there was a heads up of the pool situation. You can only use the pole that comes with the condo. Instead of all of the pools in the resort.

Great place to stay!

The condo is located in the 11th floor and provides an amazing view of the sunrise! Large rooms, plenty of seating in the den and at the dining table. Comfortable beds and linens. We could have used another set of towels… only one per person provided for 4 days, but large capacity washer and dryer if needed. Kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals…. But reservations are always better!!!

South Hampton Tower has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
