Over 3000sf. Fully stocked, (just remodeled) kitchen, study, formal dining room, large living room, full bath, all downstairs. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (2 Queens, 2 sets of twins) and 3 full baths. 2 Galley stairs (very steep) and main staircase. Large pool and expansive open space with piers and water access. Canoe and kayaks available.

My wife and I took our 4 grandchildren to the farm for a few days and loved hanging at the pool and going for a walk down to the waters edge to go canoeing. The roosters were a big hit too. Glen was very welcoming and the whole thing was low key. The farm house was amazing to stay in with its funky stair cases, and old world charm while still providing ac and a modern kitchen. We all had a wonderful time.

We were in town for a wedding and this home was in a perfect location! Although it drizzled most of the weekend, we were able to stroll the property in between events and when the rain let up. It is beautiful and quite serene! Inside, everything was clean and the kitchen fully stocked. The beds were comfy and showers hot. We also were thankful for the indoor fun the games and puzzles on hand provided. And, Glen was a responsive and gracious communicator. We appreciate him very much!

Fun family trip

We had a wonderful time staying at your farmhouse! We found it easy to navigate to and the house is as charming as ever. We really enjoyed the private pool during the day and walking down to the deep water dock to take in the picturesque scenery in the evenings. Would absolutely stay here again.

We adored our stay at Stevensville. Glen was welcoming and kind. We felt at home using the amazing pool and just enjoying the beautiful property. The house was comfortable and so much fun to see a piece of history so lovingly restored. The area was beautiful as well. We brought our three teens who had a fantastic time as well.

Great family hang out!

We were in town for a family wedding at the Kent Resort so this location was great! We all loved exploring this fascinating house- especially our architect son! The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed using the canoe and also hanging out on the patio with our coffee and listening to the birds Thabks!

Very cute place.

Property was beautiful and the house is such a treasure! Kent Island is very pretty. Also enjoyed a nice fire at the fire pit.

Perfect trip away

Our group of two families had plenty of room in this beautiful old home. The kids loved the pool and the grown ups loved the ability to dock their boats for easy access to the bay during our stay. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Lovely property and gracious host

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property is so full of character and the pool is awesome. We were close to Annapolis for days out and less than an hour to DC. We loved being able to bring our dog Daisy. Thank you to Glen for being a great host.

Pleasant stay

Came for USNA graduation. Great location and very interesting and historical property. Only downside was the mosquitos and ants but that just comes with the territory. Thanks for having us.

Lovely Historic Home!!!

The house was very nice! Loved that it was a piece of history we got to stay in! We loved that we had access to the water! Of course we all enjoyed pool time!! Thank you for a great vacation rental. Hope to return in the future.

Charming quiet historic getaway

This is a beautifully restored getaway that was right across from a bike trail. They also had a canoe and kayaks available with a dock to launch. Annapolis is only 20 minutes away and the owners were so kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here.

Historic Home

Enjoyed our stay at this historic home. Took in local park and beach along with a wedding at The Beach Club just minutes away. Easy drive to all Annapolis locations. Not A bad commute to DC. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful with all of our needs.

Great Retreat During a Hectic Wedding Weekend

Beautiful property and charming historic home that offered us plenty of space to gather, eat, relax and enjoy each other! Thanks to Glen and his family for giving us this opportunity to stay close to my niece’s wedding venue in a great environment! We loved the pool and the massive outdoor space. We only wish we had more time to enjoy all the surrounding nature!

We live nearby on the farm but its far enough away for privacy. We like hosting because we meet many interesting people and it helps us maintain a beautiful historic property thats been in our family for decades.

This is the guest house on our family farm of about 60 acres. It is a peaceful setting but located only 2 miles from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on Kent Island in the Chesapeake Bay and 15-20 minutes from Annapolis.
