Terrific experience

Needed a location for out-of-state family members to stay while on the Eastern Shore to attend a memorial service for our cousin in Chestertown. Beautiful location to relax and catch up with one another.

Delightful and Relaxing

The house and surrounding property were beautiful. It was delightfully quiet and the house was well equipped. The property manager was most solicitous and took care of our every need.

Vacation Home Getaway

Wonderful rental home for our family with great pool and river view. Swimming every day in the pool was so much fun for everyone, kayaks, and paddle boards were great since we did not have to bring anything. Children fished every night on the dock. We played lots of games inside and out everyday and enjoyed the Nature all around to see, birds, deer, fish, frogs and small animals. Our family felt like they had their own getaway for a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything.

Incredible stay, EVERYTHING was included

We stayed for a Wednesday through Sunday trip in August, and it was just perfect. Bryan texted me a little before 4pm and said the house was ready, and led us down the drive to the property. We could not have asked for anything else to be included in the house, either in amenities or design. Each room has it's own bathroom and shower, plenty of towels and kitchen utensils and phone chargers everywhere - we especially liked the multi port charger with cables in the kitchen! The pool was incredible, and we loved the dock and the creek right down the slope also - it was great to park my waverunner right on the shore and take the kids for a spin to the private beach on the point. Walks through the farm in the morning with my early rising toddler were very enjoyable as the sun rose, and the screened in wraparound porch was awesome. Quiet location where you can truly unwind. We will be back, in our opinion this is the perfect vacation home.
