On the 1st floor, Studio 4 people. Air conditioning. Individual heating. Wifi. Elevator. In a residence by the sea, with private parking space included in the price, in closed collective garage For vehicle not exceeding in length, width and height a Peugeot 5008 type vehicle. Baby cot on request (and if availability). 5 minutes walk from the cove and 10 minutes walk from the first beach and the city center.
The studio includes:
1 bed 140 x 190 and 2 bunk beds 90 x 190. (i.e. 1 bed for 2 people and 2 beds for 1 person)

Individual terrace with a view of the bay of Collioure, the castle and the beaches
Parking space.

You have free access to the swimming pool and solarium of the residence. The swimming pool is open from April 15 to September 30.
Located 300 m from the first shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the center on foot.
Stop-off in front of the residence for unloading luggage.
Access to the apartment by elevator or stairs.
Possibility to reach the person who receives you on the day of your arrival during your stay.

La vue est magnifique depuis le balcon.Tout est accessible à pied: la plage, la ville et ses restaurants et bars.L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Tout était parfait !

Appartement parfait pour une famille de 4, et fidèle à l'annonce. La propriétaire est très agréable, disponible, avenante et pense à des petits attentions dans l'appartement à votre arrivée.Séjour superbe et vue imprenable sur la baie de Collioure. Un bijou !

Studio très sympa avec une belle vue sur la baie de Collioure

Le studio est bien aménagé, bien situé à 10 minutes à pied des plages et du centre de Collioure, avec une très belle vue du balcon sur la baie de Collioure. La place de parking est un atout supplémentaire indispensable à Collioure. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la propriétaire. A louer sans hésiter.

Bel appartement avec vue sur Collioure

Appartement très bien équipé, fonctionnel et bien placé (centre et plages à 10mn à pied). Vue magnifique sur la mer et le centre historique de Collioure, avec le coucher de soleil en prime. Piscine dans la résidence. Seul bémol, l'absence de climatisation. Vous pourrez manger sur la terrasse à tous les repas sans vous lasser de cette vue :) Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et découvert une magnifique ville.
