古い、しかし新しく改装された漁師の家は、フランスの魅力と雰囲気を保っています。 アパートは、より静かなコリウール（フブール）のエリアにあります。静かで静かな環境が必要な場合に便利です。

朝は、通りを100 m歩いて朝のお風呂を楽しみ、続いてセントエルムで「プチデジュネ」を楽しみます。

アパートの階段に入ると、光と海の美しい景色に出会えます。
オープンキッチンとリビングルームは、アパートに素晴らしいスペースを提供します。 大きなダイニングテーブル、快適なソファ、モダンなキッチンを備えたこのアパートメントは、あなたが望むもの、家庭料理、素晴らしい音楽、暖炉のそばで読書やリラックスするためのスペースを提供します。
アパートには4つの小さなバルコニーがあり、そのうちの1つは小さなテーブルといくつかの椅子が朝のコーヒーを楽しむのに十分な大きさで、素晴らしい海の景色を眺めることができます。

Very quiet location on a pedestrian street. Fresh breeze keeps the apartment cool. Quaint village life. Everything is so close. Walking is easy. Comfortable space with all the necessary amenities. And a neighbourhood calico cat that lazes on the lovely terrace. Hosts are always approachable.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of old Collioure and only 2 minutes walk from the beach. We absolutely loved the property and it was really light, airy with fantastic views. Toné was a great host and communicated with us really promptly and all was well organised. We can’t wait to come back!

Flott leilighet på et vakkert sted!

Vi hadde en nydelig uke i Collioure. Leiligheten levde opp til alle forventninger. God plass og fine fasiliteter. Det var veldig varmt både dag og natt på grunn av hetebølgen, så en varmepumpe med aircondition var savnet, men samtidig ble vi ganske fort vant til varmen, så det ble ikke et stort problem. Flott vertskap som la veldig godt til rette for familien vår under hele oppholdet.Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre, med kort gåavstand til både strand, restauranter, butikker og kollektivtransport. Anbefales på det varmeste!

An excellent property with very kind and responsive hosts. Charming location in what felt like an area of locals in walking distance of everything. The accommodation was great and very suited to babies and toddlers with it's stair gates and open spaces. As someone who likes to cook, it was great to have all the proper equipment available. The terrace was great for relaxed meals and a quiet cigar in the evening. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful apartment in great location

We loved the property and enjoyed visiting Collioure for the first time. Really convenient location for the beaches and town. The apartment is spacious and airy and nicely furnished. Great views from the windows and balcony.

Seaside living at its best

We arrived in Collioure by train and enjoyed a late afternoon walk through the village to the house. The first impression on entering the house was that the view of Collioure from the main living area and terrace are amazing. Pictures don’t really capture how beautiful it is. The location is perfect, quiet yet very close to the sea and many restaurants and bars. The hosts have also taken real care with every element of the house. It is rare to stay somewhere so perfect.

Great sea views

A wonderful fisherman’s cottage in beautiful Collioure! We had a fantastic stay at Tone’s home. It was as described with nice furnishings and a comfortable bed. The view of the sea from the living room was so lovely. When all the doors are open there’s also a nice breeze that helps keep the house cool since there isn’t AC. We hope to return for another stay.

Wonderful stay in tranquil and lovely home

Tone and Henrik were the perfect hosts for our stay in Collioure, with helpful recommendations for dining and hiking. The accommodations were exactly what we’d hoped for, well appointed, cozy and quiet. A great Collioure location and charming hosts. Couldn’t have asked for more 👍

Magnifique sejour à Collioure

Maison de village très bien située, à 2 minutes de la plage, avec terrasse agréable donnant une jolie vue sur le village. Très bon équipement également : on peut cuisinier facilement. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par M. Et Mme Smith. Maison à recommander pour un séjour a Collioure !

Tolle Wohnung in Collioure

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Haus und die Aussicht sowie die Lage ebenfalls. Es war nur schwer zu finden. Die Wegbeschreibung und Beschreibung der Parkplatzsituation sowie der Tatsache, dass man das Gepäck mindestens ca 200m zum Haus tragen muss, sollte in der Ausschreibung deutlicher dargestellt sein. Im Haus selbst sind Geschirr und Besteck dringend ergänzungsbedürftig ( zu wenig Messer, keine Dessertteller etc). Einige Reparaturen sind fällig: Duscharmatur im rechten Bad ist undicht, so dass kaum Wasser bis zum Duschkopf kommt. Lampe im Schlafzimmer und ein Ventilator defekt. Leider gibt es in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Trotz der erwähnten Mängel, die leicht zu beheben sind, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful fisherman’s cottage. The property, location and facilities were superb and the views from the lounge and bedroom second to none. The host was great from the time of booking and kept good communication with details, hints and tips about our stay. I would 100% recommend staying in this property if you are visiting Collioure, this is our 5th visit and by far the best property we have stayed in. Thank you Tone, we will be back.

Des hôtes adorables.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la jolie maison de pêcheur des Smith. Elle est parfaitement située et bénéficie d’une très jolie vue sur le fort de Collioure. Tone est une très sympathique personne extrême tu serviable. Je recommande.

Änderung des Qualitätsstandards

Dieses Mal waren wir enttäuscht von Aufenthalt. Wir mussten selbst Toilettenpapier kaufen, die Spülmaschine war nicht mit schmutzigem Geschirr ausgeräumt, das Weißporzellan war insgesamt verkratzt oder angeschlagen, im vorderen Schlafzimmer fehlte die Steckdosenabdeckung und das Deckenlicht funktionierte nicht. Schade, wir hatten bei dem Preis den Standard unseres letzten Besuches 2021 erwartet.

Perfect week in Collioure

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this apartment in Collioure. It is very comfortably furnished. The views to the sea are delightful. The proximity of the beach is marvellous. At the same time, it is also surprisingly quiet. The owners of this property were excellent correspondents and offered helpful advice ahead of our arrival. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future. It was a perfect week in a lovely town.

Great location, beautiful little house

We had a great stay at this property… it was exceptionally clean & located in a lovely street. There are 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans which were very welcome with the hot weather. Also two portable fans which were great. The mezzanine was a little too hot during the really hot weather but a lovely breeze through the house too. Check in and check out were easy … communication excellent. Will definitely revisit! Thanks Tone & Dyran!

We are a family who lives in Norway. In 2006 we visited Collioure for the first time and discovered a small pitoresque fishermans village just like the well known fauvisme painters Matisse and Manet. Since then we have regularly spent all our summer holidays there.
One day in 2013, strolling around in the old narrow and charming streets we found a 300 year old fisherman cottage for sale and we fell in love with it and bought it.
By then a renovation project started which lasted for approximately two years. The underlying importance for the work was safety for the children, light and open space. Stairway gates are certainly installed. A beautiful view to the sea and a lot of open space make the apartment attractive. An old fireplace is installed which is good to have in the chilly part of the year when the wind blows and the waves can be heard from the ocean near by.
We have also discovered the adventure of hiking for shorter or longer distances overlooking winefields and maybe see and eagle fly against the blue sky.
By this we would like our guests to have a pleasant stay in our apartment, so please do not hesitate to contact us if any questions.
