The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Bénodet, this charming apartment at less than 100 meters of the beach, with swimming pool with whirlpool/jacuzzi and sauna shared, of a surface of 48 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 22 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Sheets and towels in supplement, we wait for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 22 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort : plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, washing machine

Private exterior :
- A balcony facing South-East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

Outside in the Aquatic area of the residence :
- A swimming pool (heated, shared), with a whirlpool/jacuzzi area at no extra cost, open from April to October (opening dates are not contractual and may be modified by the residence).
- A sauna/hammam at no extra cost.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a 4 star vacation village in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 2 steps from the sea. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Finally, you will find at 200m, casino, cinema and thalasso.

17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the sea.

- You will be able to park directly in the private parking in the basement, numbered place (1 vehicle, all type 4x4+ station wagon) or on a parking space on the surface in front of the apartment.

- Nearest airport: Quimper (20 minutes).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
