The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Bénodet, this charming 3-star-rated apartment with swimming pool and sea view, about 50 m from the beach, with a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and desk
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A shared swimming pool (heated, open from 1 April to 31 October and with safety device)
- A 6.25 m² south-facing balcony, with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
