4.5 stars The room was very nice. All the appliances worked. The host was excellent at communicating. The only issue was the AC. We were informed it wasnt working right. It was fine during day but at night, we need it at 72 but temp had to stay at 74 or warmer. We woke up sweating several times during nights. Property itself was under construction, elevators were few and long waits. Parking garage was small but the reserved spot was nice. We used ride share so we wouldn't have to keep going in and out of garage. Pool area was nice but pool rules werent followed so there was food in pool frim kids and adults eating and drinking in it. Overall though, we were happy with our trip and thankful we had a nice room.

No coffee filters in the room. Ice maker stopped working.

Slow elevators, but we met some pretty nice people on them. The room was cute, clean, nicely decorated. Everything worked.

Unit 1705

Chris was an amazing host who was very accommodating. He also was easily reachable when I needed to speak with him. The condo also had everything we needed. We will be back. The only thing that should be mentioned is that the check-in process has changed and it should be updated on the website. Instead of your welcome packet being in the condo you get it in the lobby. Thanks Chris.

Loved our room

My hubby and I have stayed at this resort three times and do love it. The only downfall in the elevators and this time the pool was nasty a lot (think maybe something was not working right for it). However the elevators it is always a long wait time unless you hit at the right time so keep that in mind when staying here. Also just be slow in the parking garage as it is not easy at all.

The room was nice, the designated parking spot was convenient, but the elevators take all day and the staff is generally unpleasant. There are only a handful of luggage carts to service over 700 rooms. It took us 45 minutes to get a luggage cart and then another hour to get an elevator that had enough space for it. Overall, I don’t believe we will be staying here again.

Fantastic!

Chris was so easy to work with! Super efficient response times and the emails with instructions were so easy to follow. He described everything perfectly! I would definitely stay here again with my daughters. It was safe and in a great location!

The perfect place to stay!

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights here and enjoyed it so much! The room was very clean and perfect for us two. Check in and out was very simple thanks to the digital guide the host gives you! The amenities the resort provides make the stay more enjoyable. It is also so close to everything we didn’t drive more than 10 minutes to go eat or do activities! 10/10 would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Great Condo!

We absolutely loved Chris’s Condo! very clean & nice view of the beach & pool! you could also see the flags for the day from the balcony which was nice! easy walk to the wharf across the street or Pineapple Willy’s next door! make sure you wear your wristband in the room like i did or you can’t go to the beach lol! bed is comfy after a long day in the sun! condo was perfect for 2 of us!

Great stay

We really enjoyed it! The property is amazing and so convenient to anywhere you want to be. You get the best of both worlds with the view, from the balcony you can see the pool deck, the beach and all the beautiful lights of the property and 11 feet from your front door you can see the other side of the beach and beautiful Panama City. Would definitely reccomend!

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our first stay in Panama City Beach. The location and room was great. Just the right size for what we needed. Having a designated parking spot in a garage was nice. Spots are rather small and timing had to be considered when coming/going. Recommend this listing for a couples getaway!

Check everything

Parking on 11th floor, condo on 17th. Elevator always packed full. * Check everything and take pictures with time and date*! We didnt get our deposit back because there was a crack in the stovetop. We didn't check everything before our stay and now have to pay for a new stovetop. We didn't break it but have no proof. Chris also has no proof that we did it but is keeping our deposit regardless. Not much we can do ither than warn everyone who rents from chris evans to document everything or it could cost you!

Wonderful Condo with all the amenities!

We stayed for 7 days for a baseball tournament, and we felt right at home in this condo! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning perfect, the kitchen and laundry had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location and parking you can’t beat! The host was wonderful, Chris is there for you! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

From shopping at Pier Park, go-carts and mini-golf, parasailing, and watersports to the many annual festivals such as Gulf Coast Jam, Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally, and Lobsterfest you will not get bored. Oh and don't forget the most important part.....FOOD! We have tried many of the local restaurants and would be happy to suggest some of our favorites.
