The studio comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a plush king-sized bed and a brand-new queen sleeper sofa. A fully equipped modern kitchen gives you the option to prepare beachside breakfasts, fresh seafood dinners, or simply brew your morning coffee while overlooking the turquoise water.

For added convenience on longer stays, the unit includes a stacked washer and dryer, a Smart TV with streaming, DirecTV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for a rainy-day reset or a cozy night in.

The perfect place to stay!

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights here and enjoyed it so much! The room was very clean and perfect for us two. Check in and out was very simple thanks to the digital guide the host gives you! The amenities the resort provides make the stay more enjoyable. It is also so close to everything we didn’t drive more than 10 minutes to go eat or do activities! 10/10 would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Fantastic!

Chris was so easy to work with! Super efficient response times and the emails with instructions were so easy to follow. He described everything perfectly! I would definitely stay here again with my daughters. It was safe and in a great location!

Great stay

We really enjoyed it! The property is amazing and so convenient to anywhere you want to be. You get the best of both worlds with the view, from the balcony you can see the pool deck, the beach and all the beautiful lights of the property and 11 feet from your front door you can see the other side of the beach and beautiful Panama City. Would definitely reccomend!

All kind of activities and great restaurants were within a very short walking distance. Room was very clean and updated. Would recommend this unit.

No coffee filters in the room. Ice maker stopped working.

Slow elevators, but we met some pretty nice people on them. The room was cute, clean, nicely decorated. Everything worked.

Loved our room

My hubby and I have stayed at this resort three times and do love it. The only downfall in the elevators and this time the pool was nasty a lot (think maybe something was not working right for it). However the elevators it is always a long wait time unless you hit at the right time so keep that in mind when staying here. Also just be slow in the parking garage as it is not easy at all.

one of my favorite places i’ve stayed

I’m pleased to say the condo was absolutely spotless and looks just like the pictures! The location is perfect with a nice view of the beach and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and night life! The resort itself also has a lot of nice amenities that my best friend and I took advantage of during our stay! Glad to have stayed here, had an amazing spring break/birthday trip and would definitely come again!

Husband and I spent a week with kids and the grands!

The room was perfect for us. Large bath and beautiful full kitchen. The views from the 17th floor are incredible. Looking forward to staying in this unit again.

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our first stay in Panama City Beach. The location and room was great. Just the right size for what we needed. Having a designated parking spot in a garage was nice. Spots are rather small and timing had to be considered when coming/going. Recommend this listing for a couples getaway!

Wonderful Condo with all the amenities!

We stayed for 7 days for a baseball tournament, and we felt right at home in this condo! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning perfect, the kitchen and laundry had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location and parking you can’t beat! The host was wonderful, Chris is there for you! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Condo!

We absolutely loved Chris’s Condo! very clean & nice view of the beach & pool! you could also see the flags for the day from the balcony which was nice! easy walk to the wharf across the street or Pineapple Willy’s next door! make sure you wear your wristband in the room like i did or you can’t go to the beach lol! bed is comfy after a long day in the sun! condo was perfect for 2 of us!

We’re proud Texans who completely fell in love with the white sand and emerald water of Panama City Beach. What started as family vacations quickly turned into a long-term dream — and in a few short years, we plan to retire here ourselves.

We purchased this beachfront condo because we wanted a place where life slows down. I’m an avid scuba diver and love exploring the Gulf waters, while my wife is happiest with a good book in hand, listening to the rhythm of the waves from the balcony. Those simple, peaceful moments are what drew us here — and what we hope you’ll experience during your stay.

Hosting is important to us because this isn’t just an investment property — it’s part of our future home. We take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and exactly the kind of place we would want to stay ourselves. We believe in clear communication, quick responses, and treating guests the way we’d want to be treated.
