Whether you are looking for the perfect weekend getaway, a business trip, or that well-deserved beach vacation, this studio unit fits the bill. Enjoy upscale amenities and incredible gulf views.

This wonderfully appointed unit sleeps up to 4 guests. It features a comfy king bed and a new queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped just in case you want to cook while on vacation (said no one ever). If you get a rain-out day, don't worry, we've got you covered. Veg out with the provided Directv or binge your favorite streaming channels on the smart tv. Don't overpack or carry dirty clothes home with you. Just use the stacked washer and dryer located in the unit. Your family will truly enjoy this little slice of paradise.

Relax on your balcony or explore the extensive resort amenities at Shores of Panama. Shores of Panama #1705 is the perfect vacation destination!

Please note: We rent to 21 and older only. A credit card on file is required for potential damages.

The owners are not there in person for check-in. We require a signed Rental Rules Agreement and a copy of your state ID prior to your check-in date. Please promptly complete and send this back to us to avoid any check-in delays. A ring doorbell is used for security and verification of guests.

Loved our room

My hubby and I have stayed at this resort three times and do love it. The only downfall in the elevators and this time the pool was nasty a lot (think maybe something was not working right for it). However the elevators it is always a long wait time unless you hit at the right time so keep that in mind when staying here. Also just be slow in the parking garage as it is not easy at all.

The perfect place to stay!

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights here and enjoyed it so much! The room was very clean and perfect for us two. Check in and out was very simple thanks to the digital guide the host gives you! The amenities the resort provides make the stay more enjoyable. It is also so close to everything we didn’t drive more than 10 minutes to go eat or do activities! 10/10 would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Fantastic!

Chris was so easy to work with! Super efficient response times and the emails with instructions were so easy to follow. He described everything perfectly! I would definitely stay here again with my daughters. It was safe and in a great location!

Great Condo!

We absolutely loved Chris’s Condo! very clean & nice view of the beach & pool! you could also see the flags for the day from the balcony which was nice! easy walk to the wharf across the street or Pineapple Willy’s next door! make sure you wear your wristband in the room like i did or you can’t go to the beach lol! bed is comfy after a long day in the sun! condo was perfect for 2 of us!

Great stay

We really enjoyed it! The property is amazing and so convenient to anywhere you want to be. You get the best of both worlds with the view, from the balcony you can see the pool deck, the beach and all the beautiful lights of the property and 11 feet from your front door you can see the other side of the beach and beautiful Panama City. Would definitely reccomend!

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our first stay in Panama City Beach. The location and room was great. Just the right size for what we needed. Having a designated parking spot in a garage was nice. Spots are rather small and timing had to be considered when coming/going. Recommend this listing for a couples getaway!

Wonderful Condo with all the amenities!

We stayed for 7 days for a baseball tournament, and we felt right at home in this condo! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning perfect, the kitchen and laundry had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location and parking you can’t beat! The host was wonderful, Chris is there for you! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

one of my favorite places i’ve stayed

I’m pleased to say the condo was absolutely spotless and looks just like the pictures! The location is perfect with a nice view of the beach and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and night life! The resort itself also has a lot of nice amenities that my best friend and I took advantage of during our stay! Glad to have stayed here, had an amazing spring break/birthday trip and would definitely come again!

Husband and I spent a week with kids and the grands!

The room was perfect for us. Large bath and beautiful full kitchen. The views from the 17th floor are incredible. Looking forward to staying in this unit again.

Weekend getaway

Property was exactly as described. We had a great time. Parking and elevators can be a bit crazy at times (9am-6pm). Our parking spot location was perfect, easy to pull in and out. It’s a tight fit for big trucks/SUV going up and down, but most people are nice and make accommodations. Everything was explained well and easy. Location was great. If you plan on most days at/on the beach this is a great spot. Resort staff was great as well.

Check everything

Parking on 11th floor, condo on 17th. Elevator always packed full. * Check everything and take pictures with time and date*! We didnt get our deposit back because there was a crack in the stovetop. We didn't check everything before our stay and now have to pay for a new stovetop. We didn't break it but have no proof. Chris also has no proof that we did it but is keeping our deposit regardless. Not much we can do ither than warn everyone who rents from chris evans to document everything or it could cost you!

My wife and I are proud Texans but we love the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach. Aside from the beautiful beaches and sunsets, there is always something to do in PCB. From shopping at Pier Park, go-carts and mini-golf, parasailing, and watersports to the many annual festivals such as Gulf Coast Jam, Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally, and Lobsterfest you will not get bored. Oh and don't forget the most important part.....FOOD! We have tried many of the local restaurants and would be happy to suggest some of our favorites. It has always been our dream to own oceanfront property and we are excited to share it with you. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call, text, or email us.
