Condo with ocean view that overlooks the emerald waters and white sandy beach from your own top floor private balcony. Spacious living room where you can relax in the newly remodeled space. This air-conditioned unit features 1 bedroom (queen bed), sleeper sofa, murphy bed in the living room, flat-screen TV, kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, jet bath / shower in the private bathroom. WiFi and cable is included. There is a community washer and dryer on the first floor as well as a gym, tennis & pickle ball court for guests use.

Great quiet place on the beach!

Booking was very easy. Tina was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. Great location and private beach access which is nice. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely book it again.

The overall and communication ratings would have been 5's except for a few things. There was no notice about the portable HVAC unit in the living room which resulted in limited access to the balcony we were looking forward to enjoying. The promised email with entry codes was not sent until I asked for it. Surprised to find wet dishes in the dishwasher upon our arrival. Location is nice with good beach access.

Over all a great trip

Overall, we had a great stay. However, a couple of things could be improved. We were woken up at 8 a.m. by maintenance needing to shut off our AC—something that should’ve been communicated in advance, ideally before booking. Also, the room only came with four thin, basic bath towels. If you're planning a stay, consider bringing your own beach towels for added comfort.
