Step out to catch fish , end unit next to is pool and fish pier. Full kitchen with everything you needed. Walk half mile to whitecap beach. Sand is so fine and soft. full bathroom. Nice sun light ,quiet neighborhood.
Just 1/2 miles to whitecap beach. You can bike around the neighborhood, with assigned parking .

The room its self is very cozy and comfortable. It had a nice layout with more than enough room for my wife and I. The pool was a bit dirty the first evening but they had someone there by the next morning cleaning it up. The area around the pool was very nice and clean with a BBQ pit off to one corner. Down past the pool were some picnic tables and a nice fishing dock with lights for night fishing. We were able to catch trout, black drum, croker, and a variety of other fish. It was conveniently located about 5 minutes from everything. The owner of the property is very kind and responded to any messages quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Good for 2 people

Clean properties. the building is old, but it is clear that the rooms are being renovated. You have everything you need for comfort stay and of course the beach access is really close. For 2 people it's fair price and good deal. I didn't fishind but there is a good small pier. And it's quet.

Last unit on the top floor

The location was very relaxing and quiet. The bed was especially comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. I was even able to make pasta on my first night there due to the pot lid having a strainer. I cooked a lot during my stay and I appreciate that extra care went into sharpening the knives. I never found a use for the crock pot or the blender, but I am glad they were on hand. It was very courteous of May to leave some beach chairs in the closet. This was a great stay.

Great location. Great price. Will be back!

Stayed at this property with my 10 year old daughter. Location was within walking distance from the beach & the pool at the property was thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter, although could have been a little cleaner. The studio was clean, comfortable for 2, & well furnished. It was a good price for a great location & comfortable accommodations. We will definitely rebook this property if we return to Padre Island again.

The room was cozy and clean. Very quiet, peaceful area and very close to the beach. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

Communication with the manager was excellent. The little pier was perfect. Everything was clean. The only downside was that there weren't enough blankets and we were not able to use the pool.

Very Nice place. The road going to the property needs repair, but that’s the city’s responsibility. Everything was neat and in order.

We had a nice stay enjoyed the pool and pier would love to do it again.

It was a very clean quaint little place. Small and cozy perfect for what we needed.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo, it is only big enough for 4 people max, don't crowd any more than that in there! Nice spot on the 2nd floor, can go outside and look at the pool and the canal. I like that it has a pier and a fantastic view. I would come back and stay again.

Great place

I gave it 5 stars because its exactly what I expected based off the images. Its a 1 bedroom flat. Its not glamorous, you don't stay at a place like this because you want to be spoiled and lavished with a luxury room. You stay here because price and location. It had both of those down pat. Its minutes from the beach, or fishing locations. It has a little seawall you can fish off of right outside (though the pier was broken and closed). It had AC, a comfy bed, a fold out couch bed for our kids, a nice little kitchen and a bath/shower. I was pleased. My only warning is that mosquitos were a huge problem there. The host left an outdoor fogger which was super nice for the patio area but we stayed indoors near the place because of the bad mosquitos. Thankfully we were there for the beach, and then needed a place to come back to for lunch and dinner and sleep and this place was exactly that. Enjoyed our stay.

Fun time!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to whitecap beach or to ride horses at Horses on the Beach down the road. The condo is so cute! And May is a lovely host.

Wrong property

Based on pictures of the show sign we thought we were renting in Padre Isles on Fortuna. I checked email while on the road We received an email from owner and it was NOT the address we rented ??? Being we are seniors, once we arrived at the Granada address we were shocked at the appearance of the outside and the stairs. After a 3.5 drive we said ok we will try it, the inside of condo fine,we had no WiFi for the first night because the owner gave us wrong password then Also emailed us right before we arrived to that we couldn’t use the pier Once we went upstairs we knew would not be able to go places because we can’t go up and down The second day we said ok we will go down and eat and once we go back up we are in for the day, well on the back to the condo my husband fell on the landing in the front He is ok but he still fell he is 73 yrs old So we packed and left.

My favorite birthday memory

Our first time rebting a condo, Me and my lady loved it. We were really happy that there was somewhere we could do our laundry since we were in the middle of a week long trip. The place was really clean, it came stocked with all of the cooking utensil! Towels, camping chairs, and laundry detergent! There was a pool in the property which we used. The beach was within perfect walking distance.
