STAY IN DOWNTOWN SUTTONS BAY! This upper level apartment is above a boutique in the downtown village of Suttons Bay. Just walk out your door and have all the shops, pubs, ice cream shop and movie theatre at your finger tips. Not to mention just a block away from a gorgeous sand beach and marina.
2 bedroom 1 full bath apartment with full kitchen. Master bedroom with queen bed and a flat screen mounted on the wall. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a futon.
Main floor has a full kitchen with dining set. A sunk in living room with windows overlooking “the strip” of Suttons Bay downtown.
Cute patio for dining out elevated in this loft rental, enjoy a glass of wine from one of the 12 local wineries or enjoy some food from some of the many local restaurants just steps away.
Within steps of the park with tennis and basketball, right next door! Within 2 blocks of Suttons Bay marina and park and gorgeous sand beach with kayak rentals! If you wish to bring your boat you can rent a slip at the marina and be only a block away from your boat.
WIFI and air conditioning! Pets are welcome for a fee. Linens included, bring your own paper products.

Just a 10 minute drive to Leelanau Sands Casino!!!
Just a block from tennis courts and basketball courts at the park. Many wineries, about 18, within a 10 miles radius. Close to the paved bike trail too. This rental is just 4 miles away from Leelanau Club at Bahle Farms golf course and 15 miles away from Manitou Passage golf course in Cedar MI.

Additional cleaning and tax fees. Inquire for long term rates. Check-in after 4pm, checkout 11am.

Great Location!

This property was so convenient - walking distance to beautiful beach, shopping, and dining. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Great location for family vacation

Pickleball, beach volleyball, paved biking/running trail, theatre, restaurants, marina, boutiques, ice cream shops all within easy walk. A/C units had a hard time keeping up with humid, upper 80 degree days but portable fans helped. Loved eating breakfast/lunch on the deck and Carol was a gracious host.

Sutton's Bay a great stay.

Great location for not having to drive. The cocktail place across the street is great but be careful the drinks are strong. Had a great time. Thanks!

Great property and Great location

Nice property in the middle of downtown Sutton Bay! Nice layout for 2 couples or a small family of 4! Great location, close to shops, dining and the beach! Check out Northern Latitudes Distillery across the street for nice drinks snd great coffee in the morning! Would definitely stay again if we get a chance to return to beautiful Northern Michigan!

In the heart of Suttons Bay

Great location, right downtown - we walked everywhere. Parking was nice, the whole apartment was really great. Enough room for a family of four or two couples, this one is more about the location/proximity to SB amenities though! Very clean, we’ll be back for sure.

Excellent location

We had a great time at Carol’s place. The loft’s location is the best. We could walk to a restaurant or do some shopping and get on the Leelanau trail. Wineries are just a short ride away. The place is clean and cosy. Just perfect for our long weekend. We would definitely stay there again!
