Bonnie’s Tiny House is a beautiful 5th floor condo with breathtaking views from the living room, bedroom and balcony. This unit has been completely remodeled. The balcony has a beautiful west view of the beach . You can see all the way past Shores of Panama with binoculars! The sunsets are spectacular! Yes, we are beachside! While there are 5 buildings on this complex, each are unique in their style. They share all the pools and amenities. There are three pools, one is heated off season. There are tennis courts, pickleball courts, a small store that also sells food and beverages during season, as well as a tiki bar. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit owner operated and maintained. Come spend some time relaxing by one of three pools or sitting in one of the beach rental chairs with umbrella directly on the beach provided March to October. Check in 4:00 p.m., check out at 10:00 a.m. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit. I previously allowed pets, but their owners did not pick up after them, so I have discontinued accepting them. Beach Rental chairs are included during season: March - October. ( 1 set of 2 chairs with umbrella). Update: Beginning August 2025 through April 2026 construction will be ongoing while we bring our A building up to date. Even though construction will be ongoing, the interior will been affected as I have previously remodeled. There will be times that balconies are closed. Work will be 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. If this doesn’t bother you, come book your stay and enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches ( beach rental chairs included March - October), three swimming pools with lounging areas. You won’t be disappointed!

Have stayed at the Dunes for many years but this made our 2nd time at Bonnie's! It feels like coming home. Clean, well organized, beautiful view. Bonnie is so accommodating and we hope to come again next year!

Panama City stay

Best family location

We had an amazing time and the location was perfect due to double red flag days on the beach so ST. Andrews was so close to hoop in a vehicle and still get to swim! We would stay here again!

Excellent Beachfront

Loved the location overlooking the beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for watching the sunset. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and well-equipped. The owner responded immediately to any questions we had.Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others visiting the area.

We had a wonderful 4 nights in this condo! Very well decorated. Great location. Wonderful view. Two recliners were great. Comfy beds. Plenty of extra supplies. Great towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Bonnie’s Tiny House at Dunes of Panama

We were so pleased with our stay here. It was AMAZING! The room was so convenient to get to from the beach, pool, and parking lot. It was extremely clean upon arrival. It was a perfect view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra day! The host is just as great too!

Everything about this property was better than what we saw on the online listing. The picture window in the bedroom was unreal. Best view of ocean ever. Super clean, up to date, and comfortable. Could not recommend enough.

Amazing getaway!

The condo was just as described and even better. So many extras available during our stay. So very convenient as the unit is right off the elevator and next to the garbage chute. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We have already made reservations to stay in this condo again in the Fall. We can't wait to return!!

Panama City Beach

Bonnie’s place was a a great place to spend a month away from the cold mid-west. We loved the daily walks on the beach. The reserved beach chairs were awesome to have available. The pools are nice and the heated one was great for our visiting grandkids. Its a great location. The beds are comfortable and the place is well stocked for beach, pool or eating in. The air fryer was a bonus. Thanks for all the wonderful memories and gorgeous sunsets!

Beautiful, quiet space and extremely well stocked!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonnie's condo. The resort is older and our building oldest, but the unit has been renovated and was super nice and spacious. This was definitely the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in--we especially enjoyed having an air fryer! It's an easy walk to the beach and the pools. It's right by the elevators, which was nice, and we never heard other people down the halls. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I are both retired and are excited to own our own vacation property . I am local girl raised in the area. I retired from teaching in Maine in 2015 and taught for a couple of years locally. My husband is retired Coast Guard. While I am saddened to leave teaching, I love my adventure being an owner operated rental property manager, not counting the staycations I get to have by being one!

The complex is unique in that there are 5 separate building each offering unique features. The A building is the oldest but many owners have updated their units. It also has the most amazing views. All five buildings share the facilities which offers many amenities to our guests.
