良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Too expensive for not being really inviting.
The house itself is indeed nice and beautiful. The kitchen and laundry facilties are very good. Everything is clean and maintained. The location is right at the seashore street and promenade, so you do have a nice view. There is a nice wind-sheltered porch where you can enjoy the ocean view.
But you are also partially exposed to the people passing by which is not ideal for privacy.
Unfortunately the furnishing is not really done with care. There are 4 bright bedrooms with smaller beds and bunk beds on the upper floor but the only real double bed is situated in the smallest and darkest ground floor room - not comfortable.
The size and furnishing of the living room does not match the number of people the bedrooms can host. There is a corner couch and a extremely big TV screen but no armchairs - just three wicker chairs. For the three of us it was OK but there was no couchtable to put a book, a computer or a drink. Not cosy.
In short: the house has its qualities however we found it not inviting enough for the price we paid.
