Spacious Condo with beautiful view 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom

Come relax in Horseshoe Beach. Hit the reset button and slow the pace.
This spacious 3/2.5 sleeps eight people.
The master bedroom has a king bed with in suite bathroom. The master bathroom has double vanity and walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a full bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. And the couch (in livingroom) pulls out into a bed.
All floors are tile. Amy picture showing carpet is an old photo.
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There is a coffee maker (a regular pot and a machine for pods) and an air fryer.
Sit on the porch and relax as you watch the sunrise. And, the sunsets in Horseshoe Beach are legendary. You can catch glimpses from the spacious porch or take a quick ride to The Point to end the day.
The pool has charcoal grills available to cook your fresh caught fish or scallops while you float in the community pool.
Finally, you will have access to the private boat ramp - avoid the crowds and lines. [the dock was taken out by the hurricane and the canals will not be dredged for some time so best to use the main boat ramp in town)
For an extra fee, you can also use the golf cart to get around town.
While the name of our town is Horseshoe Beach - and it is located on the Gulf, there is not a white sand beach.

As an FYI: there are stairs and there is not an elevator at the unit.

Fisherman’s Dream

We fished for 3 days, and caught fish everyday. The only small downside was the marina was destroyed in the hurricane. This made it impossible to get gas while on the water. We brought gas in with us. This is a small inconvenience that was easily overlooked with beauty of the area.

Welcoming and Warm

What a great place to kick back and relax after a long day on the water. The condo is fantastic and well equipped. Just bring you, food, fishing gear, and a friendly smile. Horsehoe has such a great community feel and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Neighbors are great and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Memorial Weekend

We had a great weekend. The property is as listed and very clean. The pool access is good and so refreshing after a day of fishing and being on the Gulf. There is plenty of parking and the Condo is in a great location. We look forward to our next visit.

Great place to stay

Natasha was very responsive and proactive in the prior to checkin and throughout our stay. The private boat ramp and pool are excellent amenities. Though the property is in the back of horseshoe, the private ramp made it easy to get on the water and the canal is an easy, straight shot to the channel.

Painting kept our visit from being 5 stars.

Only problem was outside building was being painted while we were there. All windows were taped up, patio furniture was stacked and covered so it couldn’t be used. Also, drop cloths on stairs really created a safety issue carrying suitcases up 45 steps. I’m not sure if owner knew that painters were there. B Clore

Quiet, relaxing sleepy town with amazing boating

Great place to get away from it all. We packed in all our food (there’s just one (fantastic!) restaurant on the island) and brought our boat for a gorgeous, relaxing trip with family. Be aware there are huge tidal shifts if boating. The locals were about the nicest people we’ve ever met and very helpful with boating and fishing tips. Make sure not to miss the incredible sunsets, too. Ever street ends in water and it’s a sweet place to take a nice evening stroll as well.

Unbelievable Accommodations

This is one of the nicest properties on Horseshoe Beach in my opinion. The owner is amazing, she communicated with us every step of the way. We stayed the week when Hurricane Elsa was approaching. We ended up leaving for a night when the storm made landfall and going inland which is no fault of the owners. They let us know when power was back on and when it was safe to return. She even let us have a late checkout on our last day because we missed a day dodging the storm. That was awesome because we had a chance to scallop another day. The condo is very spacious, clean and updated. It had all the necessary kitchenware to cook and prep meals. We had a 24’ boat with a tower and were able to easily park it under the condo everyday when we got off the water. The kids loved going to the pool after boating. There is also a swing set and basketball court within view that our kids frequented. Everyone in the community was nice. The maintenance guy, the local neighbors, the marina folks…we will be back for sure!!! Thanks Natasha for sharing this place!!!

Fishing with Captain Brett with Up The Limit

The property was very clean and nice and appeared to be in new condition. The very large porch was a great place to unwind after a long day fishing for Reds and Trout. The owners provided great communication and were very prompt in responding back if I had questions. We will be returning in the next month or so. We try to come down about 6 times a year.

Very quiet fishing village. Everyone we met there was very friendly and helpful.
