A great family destination!

We really enjoyed this property and it fit our family perfectly! The home had all we needed to prepare meals and had plenty of towels and linens.

Great place!

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving get together. We had 12 people there and had plenty of beds and rooms. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay.

Bear Lake Beauty

We loved the house! It fit all of our needs and was so clean and nice! The location was close to the lake and to restaurants! It was a wonderful place to stay for our whole family! The he owners were so helpful and made us feel like VIP’s!

Beautiful home with 2 large gathering spaces. Plenty of beds!

We loved how spacious it was. The living dining kitchen was an awesome space for meal time. We enjoyed the air hockey table. Loved the bunk rooms. Great number of beds for individual families with small children.

Perfect for large family

Beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed for enjoyable stay. Parking was tricky with the boat, but the garage was available which helped. Also great that we could use the garage for paddle board and bikes!

A little slice of Paradise

The house was just as described. Very clean with all the amenities listed. My grandchildren had a blast and their parents enjoyed time with the other adults in the family. Plenty of room to play games as the whole family or with a small group. The three days we were there went way too fast. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

We loved the house!! Great layout, so nice, Had everything we needed…there was a power outage Friday night however, and it would have been helpful to have some flashlights or battery lantern or something in the house.

Great house close to everything you need.

The house was great and easily accommodated our family of 9 adults and10 children. Great location, stocked well and new and clean. Only drawback was the no landscaping (which they were working on) and lots of construction vehicles. This will not be a problem in the future but for us with little kids, we could have used a yard.

Bear Lake vacation

The property was the perfect size to accommodate all of our guests for our annual family reunion. Easy access to Garden City and beaches with plenty of parking. Spacious kitchen and dining area with plenty of space downstairs to watch TV or play air hockey. Excellent communication with the owner and received a text message and phone call to let us know that we could enter early because cleaning was done.

Terrific house. Great location.

We had a very good time. The house is new, big and functional. Additionally, it couldn't be in a better, centrally located neighborhood. We had trouble with the VRBO app making the final payment, and the property owver was very patient. Overall a great expereince.

New, open, and family friendly

We enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen set up was open and very functional. Best cutlery I’ve ever had at any place (thank you for this) which made cooking easy. Owner was quick to respond. Beach was a short drive away, no view of the beach. I would recommend this place to friends looking for a clean and open space to stay.

Nice place

New house, very clean, nice appliances, a little off the beaten path with no good access to the water. Great for a family reunion. Friendly but not intrusive host. Would rent again for a family reunion. The only negative was the price. A garage door opener would be nice but it would probably walk off

Awesome place for multiple families!

This was a great place to stay!! Parking if you have boats was doable , (we had 3trucks with boats plus 4 reg cars) but only because there are very few houses finished . But other that tricky parking with boats the property was amazing and the owner always replied very fast !

Great host, new house

Brad was a great host! He was communicating with me the whole stay, and making sure we had everything we need. He even offered to let us check in early. The house is brand new, with nice furnishings. We loved all the board games for the kids and the giant sectional downstairs. Also having 2 washer/dryers was super nice.

Nice new home

Our experience renting from these hosts was great. Communication was excellent from the beginning and they were quick to respond if anything came up. The fact that the home was so new was a plus. There isn’t a yard yet and there’s construction going on around it. Those things aren’t ideal but it didn’t really bother us. Great place to stay overall.

Great location and beautiful home

We had four families and there was plenty of space. The kids loved playing downstairs and the huge couch was perfect for movie night and family slide shows. The kitchen was well equipped and a great space for cooking and sharing large family meals. It was nice to be just a little away from the busyness of town but still on the bike path for when we wanted to get to the beach or go for shakes.

My wife and I live in Colorado and have 3 boys. We both work in health care and love serving others for a career. Our lives revolve around God and family and we love the outdoors! We are excited to share our home! We hope that those who visit the house have a great stay and feel comfortable with what we have created.

This is a new property and we worked closely with the builder to make sure we could have a space for large gatherings without having it feel like the kids can't touch anything. We are hoping many families stay here and can come back year after year.

Meadow View has an off the beaten path feel with the amenities of your own home. Enough space to keep separated and small enough to feel together. Plenty of parking for boat and cars and some room outside for the wonderful evening weather of Garden City.
