Beautiful Columbia River view, community beach, boat launch. 20 minutes from Lake Chelan and wine tasting, 30 minutes from Wenatchee, 45 minutes from Leavenworth, 1 hour from Mission Ridge. Three story house with spacious 3rd floor master bedroom, large main open floor plan, 2 bedrooms on lower level and a large deck for outdoor entertaining. Roads are unpaved and can be dusty in summer & muddy in fall/winter :(

Great family friendly spot

Had a great stay at this family friendly location. House is stocked with everything you need except your food and clothes. Stayed here the last 2 years over the 4th of July weekend and really enjoyed ourselves.

Much Needed Getaway - Lovely Location

This was an amazing stay with a superb location and beautiful property midway between Chelan and Wenatchee.We biked in both Wenatchee and Manson, and took a drive to Winthrop. A very nice property with lots of room for guests, storage for our bikes and a beautiful view!

Great house, amazing views.

Love this place! Lots of space to spread out and stocked kitchen and supplies. The host is a great communicator and we’ve enjoy coming to this house multiple years in a row.

Great Long Weekend

Had a wonderful stay - the house was big enough to accommodate everyone and the location was ideal. Cherries were fresh and Lake Chelan was refreshing. Plenty of activities to keep us busy indoors and out.

Great property, impeccably clean, even though they allow pets there’s not a spot of dander we have seen. Relaxed community great little dock and beach area.

Great place to stay!

The owner was very communicative. My family very much enjoyed their stay. We had fun playing pool and bbqing out on the deck. The house was big enough that 4 adults and 4 kids all were able to have their own space when needed. Very comfortable.

Friends New Years get away

We had a great time playing board games and pool. Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essential tools. Would defiantly stay again.

Great birthday trip!

The stay was great! The pictures do not do this house/property justice, much nicer in person. It was a fun area right near the water and perfect for summer time. If I am ever back in the area I will be back :) My friends and I greatly enjoyed!!

Family Gathering

The home was as described plus a little more. Steve clearly communicated and responded to all of my/our questions. The home was one street off the water with a community park. It was comfortable for our group and well equiped so we could do local meals, grill was well maintained and easy to use. The deck was also large and nice for everyone to sit and visit.

Dusty Drive Nice House

As I approached the turn where the navigation was telling me to continue foreword on to a dirt road I was in disbelief. I stopped and checked the email with the directions and there it was 'All the way down dirt road'. My car is not made for dirt roads (2003 Mustang Cobra Convertible Black). If I would have known I was going to have to drive back and forth about 3/4 of a mile on a dirt road I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. I would suggest something in the property description about the dirt road. As far as the house, it was a very nice large house. Everything was in good order with a very nice view of the river. The deck is very large. Other than the neighbor playing loud music for many hours, it was a very relaxing place to stay.

Great for a family

The house was a great fit for our family. Ample space (kids were really excited about the bunk bed), good sized kitchen and a reasonable drive to Chelan. Lovely view of the river, too!

Stayed during 100+ weather!

n really hot days, the expansive deck is not usable, but in the early morning and evening it was superb for watching the river and conversation. The kitchen is well stocked, although the nonstick pans could be replaced. The bedrooms were large. The bathrooms were very nice. Our dogs made it through the not weather by swimming in the cold river twice a day and sleeping in the A/C. They provided paddleboards and kayaks and just about any kind of floating blow up thing you might want. A very generous host to leave those types of things around.

Great, warm home in a great area by the River

We enjoyed driving to do some Lake Chelan activities, and we also enjoyed staying at the house and playing pool. There were nice places play in the river and lots of grass to walk our dogs. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family.
