We had a wonderful time...the boys really enjoyed the pool table and I really enjoyed the hot tub.

Host communicated well before we checked with all the information we needed. Cabin has many light bulbs that need to be replaced.the mattress was a little hard and uncomfortable. Pool table needs some servicing all the bumpers are unglued but still playable. Overall great place and would stay again. View is the best part of the cabin.

Amazing Stay!

Cabin was really nice! Great views! Close to the pool! Good parking! Provided all linens, bedding, pillows, even hot tub/pool towels! Kitchen was decently stocked but cooking utensils etc could be better... TV's had general channels and the one in the living room had streaming! Cabin is showing signs of very minor wear and tear (loose door hinges, trim around door/windows, pool sticks need replaced but do work fine and serve their purpose). AMAZING location into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is not much further! Had local mama bear and her 3 cubs on the first night and throughout our stay. Cabins are closed together than I had thought but honestly we ended up loving it anyway - everyone in the area was just there to relax and chill as well! I will absolutely rent a cabin here again! We cannot wait to return!

Hot tub was nice. Was greatly disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work. It is electric and blows our cold air. The host was easy to contact but told me they knew the fireplace hasn’t worked in a while and that most guests don’t care about the fireplace and said they didn’t list it on the amenities but it’s actually listed twice and is how I found the place because I had filters set for only places with hot tubs and fireplaces and wouldn’t have rented it if it didn’t have one because we do want a place with a fireplace. There were a few things starting to show wear and tear like the back of the loveseat in the living room had a small tear and the microwave door has a crack. Pool table has lots of scuffs, pool sticks need replacing and score keeper on air hockey table doesn’t work but it was still playable and fun. Just small thingsShower never got hot. There were three dirty bowls in the dishwasher that hadn’t been cleaned so it made it smell a bit when I opened it to add ours. A casserole dish/ 13x9 pan or something similar would have been nice to have but overall the kitchen has everything else we needed. Overall it was a good place though, clean cabin, hot tub was good. Golf arcade game was fun to play as well. Nice location, host is easy to contact and communicates very well. Was a nice cozy place to spend a few days and overall enjoyed it.

Ant infestation and a lot of stuff falling apart

For starters the view must have been taken years ago the tree are grown up and do not give you the same views as the pictures. When we started unpacking we noticed tons of ants all through the kitchen so we had to keep our food in totes or in the microwave. The porches are in need of being updated screws coming out and decking falling off. Not one tv remote operated anything in the house. Each shower the faucets fell right off when you grabbed them. All and all I will not recommend this cabin
