Great Spot

Great little spot and location. Not too far from all the main attractions. Not ideal for electric car. There was not an outside plug close to the car that worked. My 2 cents to the owner - The home needs some serious deep cleaning and dusting. The sheets and comforters need a deep wash too. However, overall we had a lovely stay.

Bears!

Cabin was very nice. We loved the wraparound porch, loft game room and fire pit. Really excited to see bears three times from the porch looking down the hill. Would recommend the cabin for your next stay.

Tennessee Get Away

This location needs to take some time to do some cleaning! There was still crumbs on the floor in the corners of the rooms. And the more you looked around and started looking in the cupboards, there was left over trash and wrappers left behind. The pull out couch was littered with crumbs and food wrappers.

Weekend with Friends

We had a great time at the cabin. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Our a/c was not working when we arrived. We called the office and we had someone fixing it that night. The fire pit was great and the cabin was scenic, comfortable, and quiet. Also the location was good with 20-30 minute drives to Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. It was the perfect place to stay.

The house was not bad, it needs a deep cleaning. We got the rest we needed on our quick trip to Dollywood.

The cabin itself was nice, needs maintenance for sure like the bathroom door didn’t lock for privacy, spiders webs were terrible all over the place, windows and floors were super dusty and nasty. I don’t think anybody has been cleaning there for years. This cabin needs for TCL for sure and I think the should care more about Customers being comfortable and happy enjoying vacation instead of worrying about spiders being somewhere dirty.

Probably has not been cleaned or maintained for quite some time. Appliance do not work properly,

Definitely not worth the premium price. I would remove from your listings. Cleaning is pitiful, appliances and doors horrible. Honestly not sure I can do business with you again after this.

Cozy Cabin

Great place to stay with friends or even a family!! We spent hours playing pool and enjoying the hot tub outside! The king size bed was super comfortable! If you are thinking about getting in the jetted tub the hot tub is definitely the better choice, there was not enough hot water to fill the jetted tub up to be enjoyable! Also the pictures do not show construction is happening across from the cabin so it did get a bit loud in the daytime. But the place was lovely and cozy definitely would stay again!!!

Not the cleanest

We enjoyed our stay, however the property needs a thorough cleaning and minor repairs. There was cob webs and dust in all areas and the floors were dirty. There was something splattered on the wall in the bathroom near the trash can. Several door knobs were loose and falling off and did not lock.

There was pros and cons to this property. Overall it is a cute cabin and suites our needs. The cleanliness of the cabin however was something to be desired- the floors were dirty- cob webs all over- there stuff in the tub. The tub did not drain very well at all- no I never contacted the property manager though. I would recommend again if they would clean it much better! The mindful of the driveway when booking - it is very steep and there is a pot hole that we kept hitting bc it was soo dark. The lighting outside was very minimal.

Charming.

The check-in process was seamless. The management team was quick to respond. The cabin is dated and needs a few repairs, but overall the cabin provided a safe place for my family and me.

Family Weekend

This is a cute cabin in need of a little love. The pictures are pretty accurate as far as the layout. There were 7 of us staying in the cabin, but it would have slept 10 easily. The porch is lovely and the men in our group enjoyed the firepit. The property managers were very responsive to all concerns and feedback. As I mentioned before, it is a cute little cabin in need of some love and tlc. We are not picky people and were easily able to overlook some things that others may find off-putting (cobwebs, wear & tear, etc.).

Somewhat disappointed

Overall our stay was ok... Our cabin had enough space for our family of 5. There are a few opportunities to make this cabin better: there were cob webs throughout the cabin, broken tile in the master bathroom, outside swing was broken, outside trash in can was not picked up which created a bad smell when parking on the driveway.

Nice little get away cabin

My family enjoyed Wet Bear Paws-the cute little hideaway beds in the game room were a huge hit. It was quiet and not far from town.

Fun time in secluded cabins, a ton of ammenities as well

The cabin was very big and had over 5 different spots for poeple to sleep comfy, definitely recommend for somewhat medium sized groups. Also had a great hottub and fire pit

Great Mom and Son Getaway

Cabin as represented in photos. Super easy no contact check in. Tiffany made sure I had all documents prior to arrival and was very helpful. Cabin came with more than the "bear" amenities i.e. paper towels/coffee filters/etc. **See what I did there*** We brought our own propane, firewood, and household cleaning stuff based on previous experience. Great location to do your own thing!

Not quality

The property was nice from the pictures and nice that it allowed our dog. What wasn't nice was the mice running from the bottom of the fridge to the couch, both toilets clogging (poor plumbing) and the only shower faucet working 50% of the time. The lever wasn't catching. They sent a plumber who was very nice but who wants to deal with maintenance issues on vacation, they should have had these dealt with. You can tell the cabin is NOT KEPT UP. The hot tub didn't heat well, the stove, 1 burner really worked. I wouldn't pay that kind of money or stay there again. When I had a conversation with the operations guy Eric he didn't respond to my comment in a refund- terrible customer service. Save yourself and go rent at a better cabin company.

Family Getaway

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Wet Bear Paws. The location was perfect for our family to enjoy Gatlinburg and the National forest, while staying away from the crowds. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living space. The cabin needs a serious deep cleaning & we would have appreciated some household necessities that we’ve had in all other vrbos that we’ve stayed in the past. We traveled from Ohio to get here & had to go buy household items that I would have thought would have been provided (dish soap, trash bags, etc). So just keep in mind if you are traveling here, to pack that stuff ahead of time or be prepared to make some runs to the store. Otherwise, the cabin was quaint and cute & the porch won my heart. My 5 year old & husband also enjoyed the games up in the loft and the baby (1.5 year old) enjoyed the open floor plan to run around!
