PERFECT FOR YOUR NEXT VACATION!
Come vacation in this house ON THE LAKE located at mile marker 31. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, lake house has it all. An abundance of amenities: private dock, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, Fire Stick, YouTube TV, games for all ages, nearby restaurants, wineries, golf, shopping, and much more!

OUTSIDE
You will enjoy hanging outside on the 2 level deck & fire pit patio, great for entertaining your whole crew. Propane & pellet option grill available for your use. The dock is sited at the end of the quiet cove for safe play from boat traffic. The dock features a children’s slide, sun/ shade space, & a ladder to enter/ exit the lake comfortably. Parking for one boat allowed on side of dock. Enjoy the outdoor quiet hours between 10 pm - 8 am.

KITCHEN
This charming, fully equipped kitchen has all the kitchenware and appliances you need, including complimentary coffee and tea! Enjoy meals with ample seating at the kitchen dining table, bar stools, or 3 seasons room/ sunroom with a lake view. Command “Alexa” to play music, give the daily forecast, and more.

BEDROOMS
Wake up in a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with a lake view, double vanity bathroom, large screen TV & upper deck access. Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms as well as a BONUS closet room with a queen-sized bed. The loftspace has a twin futon. The lower level bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-sized mattress over a queen sized mattress, and a twin futon.

BATHROOMS
There is a half bath on the main floor & three full bathrooms that have plenty of towels, washcloths, & soaps for your stay. Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom.

WASHER & DRYER
Washer and dryer are available for your use.

HOUSE EXTRAS
This lake house has recreation space in the lower level that includes a cozy sectional couch where you can find yourself watching TV on a large flat screen that has a Fire Stick to enjoy sports, movies & games. There is also a game table on the lower level with a bunch of cards and board games for all ages.

What a great weekend!!

Me and my family had the best weekend relaxing at this property!! Todd and LeeAnn were attentive to anything we needed, and their property was everything they said it would be from the listing! Being tucked back in the cove was PERFECT. all the docks broke up the wake from boats, it was super nice!! I 100% recommend this property to other guests if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood and a fantastic house!!

Amazing lake house!

The house is nicer than most regular homes. It is amazing, very spacious, lots of living space. The owners are so quick to respond and were extremely easy to work with. There are lots of amenities and perks of this house. We loved the dock and deck. Hoping to come back again next summer!

Excellent experience

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Owners are very responsive and helpful when needed. There’s plenty of sleep options for a large group. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Instructions were clear and easy. After our stay, we’re hoping to make this family trip an annual tradition.

Wonderful home and guests!

Twelve of us (ages 6-80) shared this home for a 60th anniversary celebration and it was perfect! Great location—close to tourist attractions while providing a quiet place to stay in a beautiful cove for fishing and swimming! Back yard was accessible to even the oldest in our group. House is well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The hosts are very responsive and kind. Many wonderful family memories were made—so thankful to have had this time with family in this beautiful home!

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. Needing to have a place for our large family is challenging. This home slept everyone very nicely. The host was amazing and very responsive. Awesome Stay - would go again!

The check in/check out was very smooth, Todd and Leann were great to work with. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. There were so many different areas to hang out in, we especially loved the screened in porch. The little store nearby was great for the last minute things we forgot to pack. And the area of the lake that we were in was nice and quiet - which was much appreciated for our kids nap time! Overall, great stay. Would love to go again!

Incredible find in lovely neighborhood!

This is an amazing home with all of the amenities! Recently updated and in a lovely, quiet, family-orientated neighborhood. Room to sleep so many, with fun perks from the host included throughout the home :) LeeAnn and Todd were extremely communicable, and made our stay a delight. We enjoyed the hot tub, swimming off the dock, fire pit, and many outdoor sitting areas. Large kitchen for cooking meals for many and tv/game room. Will definitely book again!

It can be difficult to find a lake front property at Lake of the Ozarks with easy access to the lake. Our home has minimal stairs and a short ramp to the dock & and fire pit patio.
