Apartment Fiorella is located up in the hills above Stresa (about 250 m) and has panoramic views over Lake Maggiore. It is surrounded by a large garden and is only 1 km (10 minutes walk) from the bustling town centre of Stresa. It is 42 km from Milan-Malpensa airport. The location is very peaceful and quiet.

It is situated on the 2nd floor with a lift. The bright spacious living room has been stylishly furnished and has a comfortable pull-down double bed (this is a proper bed 190 x 160 cm and not a sofa bed), satellite television and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, combi-microwave oven, kettle, toaster, electric coffee-machine etc). It opens out onto a balcony with table and chairs where you can eat outside and with panoramic views over Lake Maggiore.

The double bedroom (or twin-bedded room) is of a good size and, like the living-room, it too opens out onto a balcony and has a lake view. Bathroom with shower and bidet. There is a separate communal laundry room with washing-machine, tumble-dryer, iron etc.

Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating included in the price. Garage and parking (+ EV-charging point). On the balcony, you also have a power point to charge electric bikes.

Stresa makes a perfect base from which to explore the wonders of Lago Maggiore: hop on any ferry to discover the magic of the Borromeo Islands, the fascinating villas along the shore, the Piedmont towns of Arona and Intra and the picturesque town of Laveno nestled on the other side of the lake in Lombardy.

You can even take a full-day boat tour all the way up the lake to Switzerland (Ascona and Locarno). Stresa's railway station connects you easily with Milan, where you can shop, sightsee, or simply sip a coffee and watch the world go by in the famous Piazza del Duomo.

The price is based on 2 people; for any additional person, it is 10 Euros per night (+ VRBO commision). The apartment can sleep 4 people.

A dog is welcome (for a small supplement).

Beautiful appartamento on Lake Maggiore

A beautiful apartment with magnificent views over the lake. Everything spotlessly clean, plenty of towels. Location is quiet and a 10 minute (steep) walk into Stresa (15 minutes coming back uphill ). Guiliano is on hand to help if needed. Check in was easy with very quick communication with both Chantal and Guiliano. Good internet service via WIFI. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. The view is unmatched anywhere in Stresa! The location is unrivaled for walking into the heart of town, the lakefront & grocery store. Our host, Giuliano, was very accommodating & helpful. We will return & recommend to others.

Amazing Apartment in Stresa

A clever architect came up with a great design for this apartment building where each unit has a private balcony due to use of angles. We were in Apartment #1 and spent most of our time on our balcony gazing at the incredible view of Lago Maggiore and its islands. The apartment was spotless and it was great to have parking. The shared laundry was an added bonus. The manager Giuliano was helpful. We were quite happy with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in apartment 6. The property manager was very helpful, helping me with a car problem on arrival, and he kindly upgraded us to an apartment with two bedrooms.Although the apartment was very clean, well presented, reasonably well equipped and comfortable, it was disappointing that, due to it being north facing, there was never any sun on the balcony, the view from which was fantastic. It also lacked basics I'd expect to find in a self-catering apartment such as foil and cling film. The laundry room was a great addition, with two washing machines, a tumble dryer, clothes airers, and an iron and ironing board.I feel that the charge for the dog was high, considering you wouldn't know he'd even been there and he makes no mess, unlike small children who are accepted for free.Being in a mid floor apartment meant noise from above was an issue, with scraping furniture and footsteps.If I returned, I'd ask for a top floor apartment to the south, where there's a possibility of seeing some sun.Free onsite parking is found in the garages below the properties.

C’est endroit est magnifique. Vous disposez d’une grande terrasse, pouvez garer votre voiture en sécurité, situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et surtout par temps caniculaire c’est climatisé. Nous remercions chaleureusement Giuliano pour son accueil et son hospitalité. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. On aimerait revenir et avons trouvé notre séjour trop court

Alles bestens! Von der Parkgarage, über die Waschmaschine, bis zur Klimaanlage war alles vorhanden, einzig ein paar Müslischalen, Teelöffel und ein Mehrfachstecker in der Küche könnten ergänzt werden.

Brilliant view, great location

The view is just as good as the promise. This apartment, part of a complex on the hill above the centre of Stresa, is perfect for a couple. It’s a quick but steep walk into the town (less than 10 minutes down, more up). One supermarket is in the centre of the town, another is a similar distance away. The property manager, Giuliano, was outstandingly helpful in many ways. Highly recommended.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der qualitativ hochwertigen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen; die Aussicht, manchmal begleitet von Glockenspiel, war ein Traum, auch abends beim während unseres Aufenthalts häufigen Wetterleuchten. Sehr praktisch auch der kurze-aber steile! - Fußweg zum Zentrum.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in Stresa verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber, die Aussicht phänomenal. Einziger negativer Punkt ist, dass man die Mieter über uns sehr stark gehört hat. Ansonsten der perfekte Ort um dem stressigen Alltag zu entkommen.
