This 2 bedroom, 1 bath rental is the lower level of the Riverview House. With 4 beds, sleeps up to 6 people. It has a front balconies facing the Guadalupe River and the rear porch is a great place to watch deer and other wildlife roam the property. It has a living room with Roku TV, dining room with lots of seating, and fully-stocked kitchen. The lower and upper units are not connected from the inside - totally separate, each with their own private entrance and parking area. Free Wi-Fi.

Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area - only 150 feet away across the road. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!



Casa Blanca is managed by STAYHILLCOUNTRY (visit for group and event info). We are committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning and restocking fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.

Great getaway

Definitely pet friendly. Eddie the property manager was on Site and even loaned me some tools after my son locked the keys in the car. Will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful stay at the River

Beautiful property, home recently remodeled so everything is new and very clean and comfortable for my husband and our 2 doggies! Nathan and Eddie are exceptional hosts, low-key yet always available if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay!

Serene Riverside Stay

We had a great weekend. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The place was very clean and and comfortable. I would recommend this place for everyone. There were kayaks available but the weather was too cold to get in the water for us.

Great stay. Property is across street from river, not right on the river as I thought from the pictures. Clean nice property and great views from the balcony! Super friendly host and loads of fun things to play with by the river side!

Quick Overnight

Property was good for an easy quick 1- night stay. It was kind of hard to figure out which house was ours when we showed up after dark. Once we found it getting in was a breeze. If we were staying more than 1 night it would have been tough with our family of 5 with only 1 bathroom.It was better than a hotel room though!

Roomy Riverfront Rental at a Reasonable Price

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room with a full kitchen and dining room, large front porch with a view of the Guadalupe across the street. This section of the river is calm, fairly deep, perfect for swimming. Location is quiet, just outside Ingram city limits. Also pleased to have access to the gas grill right outside. Would stay again at the price. Only downsides were minor: while there are kayaks available for the guests’ free use, some had holes that needed proper repair as one took on water during a short paddle. The unit didn’t have central a/c, just a windows unit, so the bedrooms would get warm if the doors were closed. The nights were cool enough to open the windows for fresh air, but not all the windows had screens, so we left them closed to keep the bugs out. Unit is dog friendly, except for the fact that the property grounds are pretty much native Texas hill country, meaning the dogs got cockleburrs in their paws any time we took them out for a walk!

If you are looking for a river getaway far from the party side of the river, this is the house you need! ACROSS the street from the river but none the less beautiful!! Eddie was an amazing host, we cant wait to return!
