Welcome to your peaceful riverfront retreat on the Guadalupe River. Enjoy coffee on the deck, walk to nearby restaurants and live music, and unwind in a quiet loop just steps from town.

This home sleeps 6 comfortably with two king beds and twin bunks, plus a sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. Functional, comfortable spaces make it perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Laundry room on-site, shared driveway access, and convenient parking under the house or beside the pillars.

Please note: Following the July flooding in the area, all necessary repairs to the home have been completed. Some exterior landscaping and fencing updates are still in progress, and a few furnishings are being refreshed. The home is fully functional, clean, and guest-ready as we continue improvements.

Great House on the Guad!

Hard to beat the location on the river and proximity to Ingram! Still close enough to Kerrville for shopping but just far enough away to relax in the water. We'll definitely return with the rest of our family!!!

Our stay at the house on Ingram loop was relaxing and comfortable. The house is clean, has a great vibe and a great view of the river.

Awesome stay

The house was so cute and comfortable, great for our 2 small families. Beds were comfy and plenty of space. The downstairs was a great place to hang out and the water was perfect if u have little kids because it’s shallow however it is soo cold in March. Easy check in and right near everything in Ingram however there is not much going on Sunday and Monday. More seemed to be open Friday and Saturday.

We felt at home. Every detail was considered. Very comfortable mattresses and furniture. Kitchen is in show room condition. Air conditioning was amazing.

Awesome home and peaceful atmosphere

The home was very clean and welcoming. We had 5 adults and 2 children under 5. Showers and tubs were very relaxing. Property had everything we needed and extra amenities, from bath salt to coffee. Every room was set up with everything you need. Loved this property and will stay again.

House was amazing and very comfortable. River at house is not fitting for swimming or tubing, maybe due to lack of rain or just location on back side of small dam/bridge. Walking distance to swimming area.

Great house in a great location.

Kitchen and combined living area with smart TV, very nice. Beds and bathrooms are great, especially the master shower with view of bamboo hedge. If this were my place, I would lose the knickknacks on the dining room table, which have to be removed anyway if there are three or more people dining. There are other knickknacks/decorations around the house, and in the master bedroom placed inside a raised table that could be used to store one’s clothes. These knickknacks have no purpose. They detract from the architecture of the house and the magnificence of the living dining area at least. The house needs a hose attached to the faucets underneath the raised building to clean off dirty shoes if you have taken a walk when it’s wet. Other than these minor issues, this is a great place to stay in Ingram away from the crowds, and a great place to walk, road cycle, or fish right on one of the great Texas rivers. The lady who owns the place is a great woman.
