Convenient location to restaurants and shops in Fort Union 2 miles away. 9 minutes from little and big cottonwood canyon entrances for biking and hiking. Quiet neighborhood. There are full time renters in the completely separate basement.

Our space is well-designed, comfortable, updated and has great perks like two fire areas and tons of lounge areas. Enjoy a central location with a mid-century modern decor. Your are 10 minutes from canyon entrances to hike, bike, mountain climb, ski, you name it! Tons of restaurants and shopping within 5-10 minutes. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views.
