Newly remodeled private loft apartment attached to the side of our home. Just a short 5 min drive gets you to both Cottonwood Canyons for world-class skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Dedicated parking. Private hot tub and shared pool(closed for winters) with mountain views. Full kitchen appointed for cooking and dining. Quality mattress and pillows. Washer/dryer in unit. Max 4 guests w/ fold down couch in the loft.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment style location! The hospitality was great, the property manager was very communicative and the bed and couch were very comfortable. The loft was an added bonus.

Excellent skiing accommodation

Easy check-in with a responsive host. Great location within close proximity to the canyons for skiing. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for making homemade meals and the wash machine to clean up ski layers after long days on the slopes. Would stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Great location for Snowbird and Alta being less than 20 minutes away. Clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to others.

Great place to stay!

This appartment was in a great location. Great neighborhood. Not far from skiing. Very clean and the host was great at communicating. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful, peaceful and welcoming:)

Me and my husband stayed only 2 days. But it was short and sweet, they have 2 loving Frenchies. Winston and Sally and they were so cute and adorable:) It also made our stay so pleasant The place is very cleaned and well kept. Its also beautiful there, Sandy is one of my favorite places to stay in Utah when we visited.

We loved the space all together! It was very clean. New appliances, new television, and connected to Google home. That made things easy to turn on/off from bed. Loved the location as well. Easy access to many places that were near by. Hosts were amazing. Actually didn't even see them, but communication was easy and efficient. The dogs are super friendly and only stayed in our room for a little bit to say "hi" before they were on their way! One of the best, if not the best, room I've rented so far!

Super cute loft

Really cute place that had been carefully renovated with attention to detail; such as a heated bathroom floor, Google voice controlled lights and artwork that changed with the weather. We appreciated the welcoming nature of the hosts; including their funny dogs who stood on the top step of the hot tub and looked to us for a treat! Thank you for our favorite stay during our ski trip.

Easy ski boarding for small group

The location is excellent—20-40 minutes away from most ski areas. Hot tub was a huge plus as well. All appliances worked, as well as heat and hot water. Plenty of Keurig coffee provided. It was a little cramped for 4–the couch downstairs does not pull out. But we expected that for the price point. Would recommend.

Perfect studio close to Snowbird/Alta

The listing is as advertised. Small but very clean and new studio. Cool loft as well. Great hot tub (in a shared backyard) but the hosts are very nice and leave the backyard for the guests whenever they want to use it. The studio is in a residential suburb, so you’ll definitely need a car. 20 minute drive to Snowbird/Alta and there is storage space for the ski equipment in the garage.
