Independent accommodation of type F2 , in a country setting with a very beautiful view on the mountains. Located on the axis Annecy-Chamonix-Geneva, in the heart of the Haute-Savoie
You will enjoy our 5000m2 non-enclosed land open to nature
Heated and secured swimming pool (alarm) usable from May to September included (depending on the weather)
The accommodation is ideal for 2, possible to stay there for 4, to know all the same that the sofa bed is in the living room and will have to be folded up every day

A bedroom separated from the living room by a large glass roof, with a Queen-size bed (160x200)
In the living room:
- A kitchen equipped with induction hob, combined oven / microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine
- A lounge area with a sofa bed (very good quality 140x200 mattress) to possibly accommodate an additional person or 2 children.
- TV with Netflix

A bathroom with a shower cabin

Independent WC

Linen (towels, bed and kitchen linen) can be provided for €20/person. To be requested when requesting a reservation
Everything you need for baby is available (cot, high chair, changing table, small bathtub ...)
