Bedroom two (second floor) has two twin beds and a full bath with a tub. Bedroom three (third floor) has a queen bed, queen murphy bed, private deck, and a newly remodeled full bath with a tiled shower. High-speed WiFi makes streaming your favorite movies a breeze and the living room and each bedroom are equipped with a Smart TV and Firestick controller! In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prep easy meals. But, being on vacation means taking it easy, so instead of cooking, enjoy exploring the dozens of nearby bars and restaurants! This home away also has a private boat dock, so bring your boat and have it ready to take out for a cruise on the bay! And, of course, the beach is just a short walk away.

Take a walk to the beach and spend the day soaking up the sun, digging your toes into the silky sand, then cooling off in the surf. There's something for everyone to enjoy - a huge selection of restaurants and shops, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Ocean City Boardwalk, mini-golf, tennis courts, and scooter/jet ski rentals. Looking for a little diversion away from the beach? Tanger Outlets and Ocean Downs Casino & Racetrack are just an eight-mile drive away. For golfers, the Ocean City area is home to more than a dozen great courses. With so many activities within minutes of your doorstep, there's no better location for your next vacation!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: The boat lift is NOT for guest use. But you can launch your kayaks/SUPs from the dock



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Golf Trip

Great stay in OCMD. This unit was in a great location close to all amenities. 4 adults with plenty of room to sleep and hang out. I would definitely stay here again.

Sweet townhouse

Home was clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed waking up and looking over the water while we had our coffee. Easy to get in and out.

Girls weekend

We had a great time and the rental was in a great location. It would have been nice if the water was turned on in the property when we arrived (a few calls made to the property manager but no return call from a local team advising they would fix it for over 1 hour; we finally called a friend who FaceTimed with us to find the main water valve that needed to be turned on). We also reported an issue with the storm door handle, it fell off several times while we stayed there (not an emergency but something that should be taken care of in between renters). Several lights inside the home either didn’t work or were missing light bulbs (also something that should be checked and taken care of in between renters). All in all a good stay.

Great location but home in need of TLC

The house is a great location but is very much a rental property and lacks the details often associated with a home owner rental. There are no chairs on 2 upper balconies, no light bulbs in any of the outside fixtures and in some bedrooms, carpets are very stained. We made the best of it and we loved being on the water but would not stay at this or another Vacasa managed property again.

Poorly maintained property

Great location with beautiful views. Very poorly maintained property, dirty walls, ceilings and carpets. Walls were bare, no decor as seen in pics. Two decks were missing furniture, not as seen in pics. Main deck missing umbrella. Dirty bedspreads and bare kitchen. Chipped coffee mugs and scratched pots. No bowls or dishes.

Great location, some issues

House is in a great location on the bay. Comfortable. Most everything you need. Some maintenance needed to 3rd level deck and some other areas. Not one hanger in any closet. Neighbor is a resident and not super friendly. No cable package, only streaming. But overall liked the stay and this was our 2nd year.

Weird neighbor

Property was good but neighbor was nosey and weird. Cleanliness could be better. They should provide enough toiletries. Neighbor backed into our suv and caused huge damages!! But she was nice enough to left her phone number on our windshield.

Average home

Good location but the home was very average. They provide you with bare minimum supplies. Only had 4 towels in the whole place, 2 rolls of toilet paper, no hand soup, the ac didn’t work when we got there and the house isn’t really taken care of. The so called full bathroom upstairs is super small and one person can barely fit. The shower sliding door was broken so it wouldn’t ever close so water was all over the bathroom floor after taking a shower. The house wasn’t as advertised

Labor Day Weekend

My family and I stayed at the house during Labor Day weekend. The location of the house is nice it’s close to many places. The house is a good size for a party of 8, plenty of room. The outdoor deck view is beautiful, with enough patio seating. The check in/check out times are frustrating. When I first reached out to vacasa I was told if early or late check out is available I’ll be notified. Come to find out it’s not even an option. So why the false statement? If I’m paying for the whole day I shouldn’t check in at 4pm and check out at 10am. The times should be more reasonable!! The house doesn’t not have enough toiletries. No hand soaps for the bathrooms. Barely any toilet paper or paper towels. Thankfully I read the other reviews and brought my own in advance. They weren’t lying. There also wasn’t enough linen since one of the rooms has a pull out bed. Also not enough towels! The worst part of the stay is the next door neighbor!! If you want to listen to rock music all day long it’s the perfect stay. We could barely enjoy morning breakfast or night time hangouts on the deck due to the fact that music was blasting. Very inconsiderate and ignorant for music to be blasting at 8am and continue past 11pm. Overall average. Would not book here again. For the price paid not worth it when I have to bring half the stuff from home.

Overall nice house!

Nice house, plenty of room & bathrooms for 6 people! 3 decks with views of the bay. Kitchen stocked with just enough pots and pans to get by. “Coffee maker” is actually a Keurig, so bring K-cups. Lots of places for storage as well! Great location, but a little too far to walk to the beach w/ a lot of gear. No issue with finding free street parking for 2nd car. The AC worked great throughout the house, despite how hot it was outside all week! What can be improved upon: communication from Vacasa! We were not provided with any information or instructions on the house & even had to ask what garbage can to use outside. I asked a few times about recycling & never got an answer. Lastly, when checking out, I messaged the day before asking what we need to do (i.e. wash towels or bed linens?) and the response was, “we can pay for a late check out but couldn’t get extra towels.” (obviously not an answer to my question.) I needed to call to get a human being. It would be nice if they provided a book with house and local info! Bedrooms have thin white curtains so its very bright at 6am. It looked like the curtain rod in the L.R. was ripped out of the wall & not replaced. The coffee table is about to collapse (super wobbly.) We had an issue with small ants, so some ant traps would’ve been helpful. Make sure to bring lots of toilet paper - 4 bathrooms & they started us off w/ 2 rolls. With these small improvements, the place would be even better. Overall nice place & would return!

Broken ac and broken bed upon arrival

It seemed as if management knew the ac and bed had been broken prior to our arrival. Someone arrived to fix the sofa bed but didn’t know where to find it. It was actually the Murphy bed that was broken. It made for a very long night with temps in the 80’s in the house. The ac was resolved the next day and management was responsive however I felt a partial refund was fair given the issues. The management did not agree.

Nice little house

Great spot on a canal. House is comfortable and has everything you need. Parking would be an issue during summer season I expect. You only get one spot for a eight occupancy house. Street parking available but in-season that could be an issue. TV’s are nice but there is no cable package provided. So you have to use a streaming app.

The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for family gather.

The rental process was simple. Check in and check out could not be easier. I would definitely rent again through this site.

Mallard landing 505 #10

The home was beautiful and a lovely place to stay with family and friends. There were only minor fixes that were needed to be done, but kind of a let down that they were not handled well before arrival. Not ever bathroom had the starter supply of at least a roll of toilet paper or shampoo/conditioner. Which is fine because my family had brought our own. The second floor bedroom smelled like vomit and it radiated to the stairway. The bottom of the curtains smelled as if previous ppl had thrown up on them and instead of them being replaced they were cleaned but the smell was still very present. The AC unit in the third floor bedroom did not work correctly. It blew out hot air causing us to sleep with the fan and balcony door open. The umbrella for the balcony table did not securely fit so we had to tie it down. Besides those things the place was clean to the eye and was a lovely place. Although the check in was 4pm we did not get in until past that time because the cleaners had arrived super late. The area was lovely and provided great amenities, but just lacked in areas that should have been taken care of. I would still come back despite these things so hopefully it all gets taken care of.

Perfect Ocean City Getaway

This place was very clean and nicely decorated. Close to the boardwalk, but tucked away nicely away from the noise. Quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the scenery from three decks. Would definitely return.
