Such a lovely place to stay. We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant and there was plenty of space for all. There was everything you would need and more in the kitchen. Loved having a bathroom access in each floor. Everything felt very convenient and well thought out. WiFi signal was great throughout the place. Location in relation to the beach access and plenty of other activities and restaurants was perfect. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Perfect getaway

Clean, Roomy, and Close to Everything

This property is close walking distance to many great restaurants and most importantly, the beach. It was clean and updated and even though it was close to Coastal Highway it was quiet. A nice place for our family to stay!

Great location next to beach and dining! Wonderful set up on in the common area for evening hangs. The house could have been cleaner, dirty floors left socks black. Beds were old coil mattresses that were not very comfortable. Overall great experience, could use a couple small adjustments and it’d be 5 stars

Bayside Bliss

We loved the covered parking spaces, the layout, the spaciousness, plentiful A/C, the amenities (towels, soap, paper towels, wipes, coffee maker, etc). It was a home away from home. The beach is also a quick two blocks away. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Perfect property for a weekend get away!

Everything went very smoothly from booking to check out. We had four people in our group and there was plenty of space for all of us. We were close enough to restaurants and activities to feel part of the action. Having parking was a real plus!

The condo was very clean. The family had a great time together. Short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. I would recommend this condo. Great location.

Good location, cute house

The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location was also great. Near the bus stop. Mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but nothing else negative to say. Would stay here again.

Great Location with Lots of Space

Just across the street from the beach (5-7 minute walk), but really close to the crosswalks so it’s very easy and direct. Great place, tons of space to spread out, very clean and well maintained

Great property and location

Located in the beach area of OC, but just a few blocks walk to the boardwalk. A bathroom on each level, tons of sleeping space, and well stocked kitchen. Seamless check in and check out, I would return.

This was a great place for our family vacation. 5 adults and 1 kid lived comfortably in this unit. Quick walk to the beach and close to bus stops. Property manager responded very quickly to questions.

Property manager was phenomenal with questions/communication. Had 4 kids (1,3,5,7). Area quiet at night, easily walkable to beach, short drive to board walk. Definitely coming back to this location!

Owners take pride in their unit. They have renovated this unit and completed the following work: painted 2026, added wallpaper, new trex decking replaced wood decks in common area plus each balcony replaced in 2025, 3 large smart TV's, added ceiling fans in each bedroom plus new flooring throughout the condo!

This unit is CLEAN, Bayside & has 3 very SPACIOUS Bedrooms with 3 Balconies completely redone to enjoy any time of the day. This Condo provides many amenities other units do not offer for your vacation get away! Only 1 short block from the beach!

Linen Service and complimentary starter set of supplies - All beds are made prior to your arrival! Sheets and towels are provided by owner! Welcome items includes 1 roll of paper towels, napkins, 1-2 TP & liquid hand soaps in each bathroom, air fresheners/disinfectant spray, liquid dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags and laundry detergent.
