Come to stay at this 3beds/2.5 bath ranch home located in historic Fayetteville City. Country style living with comfy amenities and huge front and back yards. Spacious master bedroom with walk-in shower, and two other good size guest rooms can accommodate up to 6 people. Large living room with working area. Very quiet neighborhood while super close to Fayette Pavilion, Pinewood Studio, and Piedmont Hospital. Perfect for a stay-cation, business trips or extended stay.

Monthly stay is welcomed and terms are flexible. Please reach out if interested.

What we were looking for

The house is comfortable and well equipped. We were in the area to visit relatives, this house provided a nice base and was less than 10 minutes from their location. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Awesome spot

Excellent location, as I did not want to stay in the city of Atlanta. Great host who always responded when I asked a few questions. Very understanding that sometimes it can take a little more time to load up your stuff and your kids. You wouldn't get the same courtesy and understanding regarding that if you stayed at a hotel. But David understand that and I will book his property again if I take my family to Atlanta again. Plenty of room for me and my family. Great quiet neighborhood, and close to Walmart and restaurants. Book this spot if you want to do some things in Atlanta, but not stay in the city.

Great experience!

Great experience booking this adorable VRBO with David. Lovely updated home with special touches throughout. Perfect for some of my family to stay with my son getting married at Venue at Daisy Hill. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. 5 ⭐️‘s!!!
