Convenient and Cozy! Located just 15 minutes away from the world busiest airport, major interstate highways, three major shopping districts featuring Southlake Mall and Walmart, 10-minute drive to Southern Regional Hospital, and downtown Atlanta is only a 20-minute commute. Walk to grocery store, adult beverage store, gas station/convenient store, dollar store and more! Close to all the action yet the serenity of suburban living is the greatest feature.

The interior is classic with a modern twist. The original hardwood flooring is in all bedrooms, formal living room, formal dining room, and hallway. The kitchen has original cabinetry with beautiful stainless-steel appliances, including a wall oven perfect for baking while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the cafe styled breakfast nook for two. The keeping room boast a wood burning fireplace that is absolutely cozy and cuddle worthy.

This home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Inside the master suite is a marble tiled full bathroom with shower, gold fixtures, king size bed, ceiling fan, and a 55" smart TV.
The remaining 2 bedrooms include queen size beds, ceiling fans, and 50" smart TV's. The shared hall bathroom is marble tiled with gold accents, with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the large, beautiful, private backyard ideal for gatherings or sunbathing on the patio.

COMPLETE SCAM!!Upon entering the property from the carport door, as directed,I saw that the FRONT DOOR had large cracks in it in which you could very plainly see sunlight coming in.As this is in a suburb of Atlanta and doesn't give the safest vibes,I was immediately alarmed that the location did not feel very safe.My family and I decided (within 30 minutes of arrival) that we did not feel safe staying in a house in which the front door was obviously not secure.I immediately located other accommodations and messaged the owner on VRBO to tell them our issue and let them know that we would not be staying at the location and I would be seeking a refund. He then called me to find out what had taken place and when I told him the issue, he responded with "Oh yes. That happened last night and was caused by the change in weather. It was seen by our housekeeper this morning and I didn't want to cancel on you at the last minute." IF that were true,I should have been notified and allowed to make that decision myself.He offered me half price,which I declined. He then said he would call me back after talking to VRBO.He didn't.When I contacted VRBO myself that night,per their dispute rules,they refused to do anything "because the lock still worked." They then connected us to him in a 3 way conversation and he again offered me half of my refund but ONLY if I didn't leave a review.I don't take HUSH money and would rather warn others of the shady business he and VRBO are doing to steal money.

Very nice property, central to the venue we were attending. Quiet neighborhood except for the small dog next door. Host was responsive and pleasant. Overall all we had a very commendable stay.
