Three spacious rooms in a chalet (exposed south) in the center of an old village in val d’isère, calm area, with a big balcony with sun loungers.



A bedroom with a bed measuring 160*200, another with 2 single beds 90*190, an extra bathroom, a big living area with TV, and WIFI. A covered garage for cars in winter. And for bikes in summer.



You put on your skis 50m from the apartment.



There is a heated shoe cabinet.



In winter: you will benefit from 20% off ski rentals and shoes



In summer: 20% bike rentals, VTT, Electric VTT. You can benefit from the VAL pass été (free mechanical lifts, free pool entry, and many other free things) in the old village of val d’isère we are sure you will love the surroundings, the calm environment and how close everything is. We live in the area; we are available during your stay to do our best so that you have a great time.



The shuttle bus is free.

location trés bien située et trés bien exposée plein sud appartement spacieux mais un peu vieillot coin cuisine et vaisselle limite, huisseries qui manquent d'étanchéité au froid Nous avons passé tout de même un excellent séjour !

Appartement confortable

Appartement confortable et bien situé dans la station. Le revers de la médaille est le bruit de la circulation ( voitures déviées sous nos fenêtres à cause de la foire) et des travaux de construction dans la station qui engendrent un défilé de camion! La station est vivante et propose de nombreuses activités.

Appartement très agréable avec accueil top

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cet appartement proche du centre de la station avec un bon volume général. L'équipement du logement est complet même si la décoration est un peu trop dense à notre gout et les sièges de la cuisine sont peu confortables. Je le recommande vivement car l'accueil du gestionnaire est top.

Beautiful Apartment in Chalet

This is a very homely, beautifully decorated apartment with lots of interesting artwork on the walls. It has spacious living accommodation and is convenient for walking into town. There is also a Spar supermarket nearby and the bus stop is right outside. It also comes with a garage which is a bonus.

Very nice and spacious apartment close to the slopes

Nice and spacious apartment with a great living area. Not the most modern, but cosy and with a good vibe. A few minutes walk to the slopes, yet very quiet. Etienne is a good host, there were a couple of minor issues, which he sorted out with no problem, good communication. Would recommend and stay again.

appartement super-bien situé.Mais manque quelques instruments de cuisine tels: mixeur, batteur électrique -- sèche cheveux - chaises (en fer).... plus confortables- - et peut-être un peu moins de poussière .... 2 réfrigérateurs (dont 1 en panne) - petit pour le nombre de personne surtout le compartiment congélateur. Mais malgré ces manques nous avons passé une belle semaine; bien préciser pour de futurs locataires en juin que tout est fermé jusqu'au 30/06.!! - Merci

Superbe séjour

Appartement superbement bien situé près du vieux village ainsi que lumineux et ensoleillé, avec en prime une belle vue sur la face ! Le chalet Ancolie est aussi très agréable et l'on se sent "chez soi", loin des grands immeubles sans âme. L'appartement est en lui meme tres fonctionnel, grand et agréable. Le parking privé est un plus

Etiene's flat is very nice. Goon location with great mountain view. It was really amazing holiday when we had a kitchen, ski room and a lot of comfort due our stay! Recommend to families with a children. Wonderful warm and bright apartment. Everything you need is there. Wonderful location. Spacious and comfortable

The apartment is very well equipped and spacious. The decor is beautiful and very interesting with all of the art work. There was ample room for 5 adults - we were happy with 3 single beds in one room and a double bed in another. There was a 4th single bed in the living area but we opted to keep 3 in the one room. There is a bus stop right outside and we realised we could ski to within <100m walk. I would definitely rent here again if I return to Val D'Isere.

Très belles vacances d'été

Appartement très confortable pour une famille de 5 personnes. Bien situé comme indiqué dans les autres appréciations. Parking juste derrière le chalet, très pratique. Bonne literie. Nous le recommandons vivement pour l'été, les randonnées autour de Val d'Isère étant superbes (tips: le refuge du Prariond ou celui du Monal).

Très agréable et bien placé

Un appartement vaste et très agréable. La pièce à vivre est confortable et donne une vue directe sur la face de Bellevarde. Très bien situé: l'arrêt de bus pour rejoindre les pistes est au pied du chalet, le retour se fait skis aux pieds. Suffisamment près du centre pour s'y rendre en 5 minutes, mais suffisamment éloigné de l'hyper-centre pour éviter les nuisances sonores. Seul bémol: faire attention à mettre le chauffe-eau en marche forcé car sinon à 6, le dernier se douche à l'eau froide. En conclusion: un lieu que nous n'hésiterons pas une seconde à relouer.

Vacances Réussies !

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, tres bien équipé. Le chalet est dans le centre de val d'isere tout pres des pistes ce qui est appréciable à Val d'isere (pas de navettes à prendre). Le garage couvert nous a evité de deneiger la voiture. Propriétaire sympatique et disponible.
