The Temae Beach Bungalows by ENJOY VILLAS are located on a large beachfront property of 1800M2 in Tema'e, 5 minutes from the public beach of Tema'e, 10 minutes from the ferry quai and 5 minutes from the Golf.
The 3 bungalows are identical and separated by small gardens.
Bungalow n°1 is devant, the closest to the sea.
Bungalow n°2 is in the milieu
And bungalow N°3 is in the arrière.

Composition of a Bungalow.
This bungalow has a surface area of 83M2 with 30m2 of terrace, and can accommodate 6 people in couches.
Composés of:
-3 climatized bedrooms with lits in 160x200cm, moustiquaires, chest
-2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
a living room with TV and WIFI.
The kitchen in the living room is fully equipped: refrigerator, induction plates, four electric, microwave, dishwasher, filtered coffee machine and Nespresso (capsule not four), bouilloire, Vaisselle for 6 people, cooking utensils.

The living room is equipped with an open TV and free WIFI.
A Buanderie with laundry, table and fer à repasser.

Large glass bays are on the 30m2 terrace with a table for 6 people for refreshments with soleil bathrooms.

The company's animals are also strictly interdependent.

For more than 7 days, we propose to our clients a change of language, toilette and small menage. This intervention lasts 1h maximum per bungalow and our invoices are 30000 xpf / soit €251.

Very flexible host on arrival and departure time. Home was very clean. Location is excellent. A few mins drive to Temae Beach where snorkelling is wonderful. You need a car as it is not walkable to stores. Excellent grocery stores and roadside fruit and fish stands within short drive.

Amazing Stay Moorea

The location of the unit is fantastic, it is close to good beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The unit is well equipped with everything that you need and access directly to the water.

Moorea condo

Nice 3 bedroom condo on the ocean. You can watch the surfers all day from your own porch. Friendly cats around to keep the critters at bay. Your own private pool. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry machine. One of the best beach is 10 min walk with exceptional snorkeling.

Loved Moorea, beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time in Moorea. We picked this house because it is close the Temae beach (near Sofitel), which did not disappoint! We snorkeled and swam at the beach several times during our stay. The coral was beautiful- we saw fish, rays, an eel and even an octopus. We really enjoyed the bungalow- lots of space. A/c was helpful at night and we loved being beach front and watching the waves in the early mornings and evenings. Clement was easy to work with and would highly recommend this place. It is a bit off the main road so you likely need a car or scooter to get around.

VERY disappointing rental. We were 4 adults, and stayed for 1 week. This property is quite neglected, and requires attention. We booked on the North side of the island hoping that the wind would keep away any mosquitoes during a Dengue problem. This is also why we booked the front unit on this property. However, the bushes at the wall at the front of the property had not been trimmed in quite some time, and so, the 7-foot bushes that blocked our view, also blocked the breeze from the ocean. We knew there wasn’t a/c in the living area, which was fine. BUT no air in the yard, and no breeze from the ocean, kept the living area stifling hot- even with the wall patio door wide open. A ceiling fan did nothing to relieve this. The unit faces NE. The entire deck is shaded, with little sun in the yard, and none after 4:30pm The picnic table in the yard is so neglected, it wobbles and feels like it will collapse at any time. Neither of the 2 stairs has a simple railing.Inside, the unit is dirty, the door of the master suite does not latch. Since it is located beside the living room, there is no privacy in the master suite. The master bath is very dark, with no light fixture above the mirror.Th dish soap provided is watered down so much it is basically useless. Enjoy Villas did not check in with us once in a week, said “no” to lending us a toaster, and did not contact us at checkout. We would not return to this rental, and would be cautious of Enjoy Villas.

We had a lovely 5 day stay. The house is pretty new and smartly furnished. Ours was the front house so we had a wide view of the ocean over the fence. Our hosts, Anais and Clement were incredibly responsive and kind. Bedrooms were all ample and the kitchen fully equipped. The house is very near a huge and really nice public beach for sunning, swimming and snorkling. The beach in front of the house is fine for walks in sturdy shoes over the coral, but is not really a recreational spot, although it's pretty. I would recommend this house strongly.

A Tropical Oasis!!!!

Bungalow Bord de mer au Motu Temae was an absolute dream location! We stayed on Tahiti the first part of the week but the highlight when when we got to Moorea and Anais was an amazing host! She made check-in so seamless, she was extremely helpful in helping us ferry our car over and letting us know that one of the ferry's was out of order that we had pre-paid on. She stayed in touch with us prior to our arrival and gave us precise directions to make sure we found the bungalow easily and even helped direct us on how to get a refund from our pre-paid ferry tickets. Once at her home, she was so kind and generous, leaving us fresh fruits and flowers. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful in telling us where to find groceries, food trucks and excursions on the island. Her bungalow was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. The open-concept was wonderful, and really made it feel like a tropical dream! We loved having the sliding doors open with the breeze lightly blowing the sheer curtains and the crashing of the waves in the background! The little ocean-side pool was also a nice amenity to relax in, and the outdoor showers to rinse off under were perfect! Anais was the best host and we can't wait to go back again!
