Just 8-10 minute walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The beach boardwalk will land you to this beach side oasis. 12 miles of breathtaking beaches with plenty of room to get away from crowds, with limited beachfront hotels. Coligny is the center of the town and is a classic beach town city center with restaurants, shopping, and more. 23 golf courses for all skill levels and budget are located in HHI and neighboring Bluffton community. 5 minute walk from the amazing Low Country Adventure Park and Kids Playground.

The living room has new furniture Dec 2025, with a full size sofa & 2 swivel chairs and a futon, a new large smart TV, complete with cable and streaming options. Two side tables with lamps, large coffee table, entry cabinet in the LR. Cable Smart TV and WiFi. FS Washer and Dryer in unit.

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The galley style kitchen is perfectly organized for efficiency and cooking with ease. The adjacent dining room table has seating for six. Also available near kitchen is a washer & dryer to enable convenient laundering with full size machines. The open floor plan enables socialization from the kitchen to living room.

You will find a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom with a brand new mattress Dec 2025, complete with private bathroom and smart TV. Guests joining you in Hilton Head will sleep in the second bedroom that's outfitted with two twin beds. The guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom. A maximum of 4 guests are permitted ( plus an infant/toddler). Each bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo).

This villa is on the 2nd floor, so navigating 12 steps is required to access. There is not an elevator. There is a front balcony, but no rear balcony.

There are no infant bedding accommodations, but infants are allowed if parent(s) provide appropriate bedding.

You are a short ~8 minute walk to the beach via the Seaside boardwalk beside Sea Side Villas directly across the street from our condo. At Coligny Park nearby, you will find showers and hoses to rinse everything off before making your way back home.

Walk to Coligny Plaza in just 10 minutes to enjoy restaurants, shopping and getting all of your grocery needs. In between Coligny and the beach, you will find a fun splash park for the kids to play in. In just less that a five minute walk, delicious local restaurants.

Note – no smoking permitted inside unit (deposit will be forfeited if smoke is detected by cleaning service.

No pets of any kind are allowed, so please do not ask for exceptions. (deposit will be forfeited if pet hair, damage, etc. detected by cleaning service)

The unit is in the small and quiet Island House complex , #104

A large sparkling clean pool is in the complex with new comfortable lounge chairs. Pool not heated but is open year round

Winter escape

I brought my mother and my 9yr old son with me for the Labor Day weekend to get away for some relaxation and time on the beach. This condo is COMPLETELY stocked like a nice home and it’s so roomy and clean. We loved having 2 bathrooms and really enjoyed the large quiet pool with nice lounge chairs. This is the perfect place to stay within walking distance of Coligny beach park and beach access if you are wanting the luxuries of home mixed with a trip to the beach. We will definitely be back!!!

Close to beach

The property was nice, but didn’t feel like someone’s home. The mattresses are like what you’d find in a Best Western (the towels too). There are virtually no pots and pans for cooking, and no amenities like we’ve found in other Vrbo’s… spare beach chairs, pool floats, enough toilet paper… It was close to the beach, and to Coligny Plaza, and there is a pool. It was very clean.

First time to HHI

This was our first time to HHI and the property did not disappoint. The location was well within walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants. We were close enough to the beach we went on several night walks. The condo was very clean and beds were very comfy. The communication with the condo owner was amazing and had no issues. He was very accommodating and check in was seamlessly easy.

Get away from cold North

My friend and I (both retired seniors) spent a wonderful week here. Location perfect for tennis, biking and beach. We did not have car and really didn’t need one. Everything is within walking distance. Mark and Charlotte very accommodating and responded quickly to us. I hope to stay again and highly recommend

Making memories

Me and my family stayed here and rented bikes for the week. The location was amazing and we enjoyed walking or riding to Coligny. The beach walk was easy. We enjoyed the pool as well when we were not at the beach.

Overall great stay

This property was very clean and a great stay. The electrical was wonky so be mindful of that. They provide two trash bags for an entire week of renting and make sure you DO bring your own spices (salt and pepper included). This property isn’t really a 5 min walk to the beach, but that wasn’t really a problem for us. There are also no beach chairs or beach related items in the condo. Overall, this is a great property in a quiet area. If you need a rest day the pool is relaxing and a great option.

Close to beach

Our stay was just fine. Close to beach and unit was clean. Owner is responsive and not having to hassle with keys was a plus. Would suggest removing “pool” as amenity. Would also add better lighting as blinds can not be opened without neighbors looking directly into unit. A full length mirror somewhere would also be nice. Overall a good stay- was a last minute decision that was available for a short stay.

This condo is used by my family as a 2nd home. We are happy to share our place with you so you can also enjoy the many wonderful things Hilton Head Island has to offer. The Coligny location is amazing! Off the busy streets and in a very small and quiet complex. We love to enjoy time a the beach, golf, bike and get out on the water to fish, and HHI offers this and so much more.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This property is ocean close, is in a great quiet area, but close to everything that Coligny has to offer. Once at the condo you really never have to get in a car to go the beach, an abundance of great eating places, golf, bike trails, steps to a pool, and grocery store. The unit was renovated in March of 2021 and a sparkling clean spacious and very comfortable, equipped with just about everything you need to fill at home while yet a short 10-minute walk to the ocean.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Direct boardwalk to the beach is within a few minutes of our condo across the street. There is a nice pool that is only available to the small number of units in Island House. Bike trail runs right next door to the condo. The new Low Country Adventure Park is at magnificent place with a kid's playground pavilion soccer space walking trails it just opened in December of 2020 it is less than a half a mile from our door. There are bike racks near the front of our unit. In a very quiet neighborhood with little traffic away from the busy Coligny Beach Park area, yet close enough to be in the sand in few minutes.
