The Space:

Scenically situated among tropical palmettos and moss-draped woodlands, this two-story villa brings ease, comfort, and atmosphere to your Hilton Head escape. Here at Treetops in South Forest Beach, you'll have access to three pools and a tennis/pickleball court, with the beach and Coligny Plaza within an easy walk or bike ride.



Treetops is a wonderfully leafy complex located alongside the Fish Island Sea Pines Forest Preserve on the south end of Hilton Head Island. It boasts fantastic access to the Vandermeer Tennis Center (a quarter-mile) and Coligny Plaza (one mile), the latter of which serves as Hilton Head's downtown district with dozens of shops, restaurants, and conveniences. Coligny Beach Park is a mile away as well, easily reached with the two provided (adult-size) bikes.



With two levels of living and outdoor space, this villa features plentiful room for relaxation. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony, which is accessible from both bedroom suites, or sit back with a good book on the ground-floor patio after a day of golfing, pickleball (with four provided paddles), or beachcombing.



The ground-floor living areas are comfortable and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors filling the house with light. Enjoy a polished kitchen with every essential appliance, a window-lined dining room, and a living room with plush seating and a smart TV. The sleeping setup is perfect for two couples, with both upstairs bedrooms boasting their own bathroom, smart TV, and balcony access. Central air, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer are on hand for your convenience.

Perfect all the way around!

Quick get away for a girls trip. Loved the location. walking distance to everything we needed. Short walk on the beach path to the beach. Property has everything needed. The beach cart was a blessing. Property is well kept and beautiful. Will definitely stay again. If pets were allowed this would be my every HH trip go to unit.

Great Location! Very comfortable. We had a leaked faucet in one of the bathrooms that ran constantly, which was a bit annoying at night. One of the bikes didn't work and needs to be repaired. But that fact they had bikes to use for free was awesome. Would stay there again.

A good find for the price

My family of 4 enjoyed our week-long stay here. The accommodations were comfortable and we often walked to the beach. It is a good deal for the price range. The condo is not in perfect condition but would likely rent for more if it was. For example, 2 hall lights do not work, even after changing the light bulbs; there is no overhead lighting, and the patio doors are difficult to open, etc. We found work around for all of these things and enjoyed our stay.

Not Our Money's Worth

The first floor location was good, however it was difficult trying to find the building. We arrived after dark and that didn't help. It definitely was not a walk, as in close by, to the beach. We drove, parked, and walked. The condo was not the cleanest. The floors and the kitchen counter tops were not clean.The bed in the 2nd bedroom was the most uncomfortable and nosiest bed I've ever slept in.

Treetops 5501 stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the place was nice, we had several things that we found and reported then to the office. Nothing that hindered our enjoyed of the stay, but most people dont notify about them. The kitchen is stocked with a good selection of things that i think shows the owners tried to do and have extra items. What was most issue of our stay was with the Vacasa side. They gave us our packet and said thank you. It would have been nice to have better description of the location of where our unit was, and also where other amenities and things were. A map of the places and things we get to use with our unit, example something about the tennis center. As for fining it... just a heads up when u hit the circle drive look on the building structure for the numbers it will show you where the room location is. It was slightly darker when we got there so u cant see those numbers easily. Then when we called for added help, they gave the address and that was it and we got disconnected. But back to the unit it was definitely nice, about only thing was the queen bed was a little noisy and would be nice to have better fitting sheets. So bottom line would we stay in this unit again... YES.
