Beautiful air-conditioned apartment for 4 people, ideally located in a residence in La Grande-motte facing the sea.Located facing the sea, with access to the beach at the foot of the residence, in the QUARTIER DU COUCHANT, on the third and last floor with elevator, this functional and well equipped apartment ensures you to spend a pleasant stay by the sea. The apartment, in duplex, consists of a comfortable living room with corner sofa and two bedrooms spread over two levels.On the ground floor are the first bedroom, non-air-conditioned, equipped with two single beds in 80 cm, a bathroom with pottery, toilet and washing machine, as well as a dressing area. A loggia completes this level, bringing an additional pleasant space.Upstairs, the second bedroom has a double bed in 140 cm, an ensuite bathroom and a loggia. This room is not air conditioned. A separate toilet is also present on this floor, as well as the living room and kitchen. Its living-dining room opens onto a very beautiful and large terrace facing south, offering an unobstructed and stunning view of the sea. The living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV is air-conditioned for optimal comfort.The open kitchen is functional and well equipped, with wine cellar, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric hobs, storage and everything necessary to cook and share good meals facing the sea.You will enjoy in the secure basement of the residence of a covered private parking space (maximum height: 1.95 m).Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the rental rate. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).You can indulge in a wide range of water sports, such as wakeboarding, windsurfing and water skiing, in the ponant district. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy golf with 2 18-hole courses and 1 6-hole course and enjoy 20% discount on green fees on presentation of your rental agreement.
