Luxurious Private Studio w/ Private Entrance (can fit 3 people/2 cars) is attached to a single-family home & 1.7 miles from the beach & adjacent to Ft Lauderdale. You can park under the covered carport. Newly renovated 1 Queen Bed (& 1 Queen Size-Blow Up Serta Mattress), 1 Bath, & Kitchenette; Closet is Huge - Studio is 440 sq ft. with Flat Screen Smart TV (140 channels), Fiber Optic Wifi (150↓-165↑), Impact Windows, Fan/light, new A/C unit with remote, Desk w/ Chair and a fold up/down Table for eating with chairs, small Fridge, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Large Foreman Grill and electric Hot Plate Stove, Coffee Maker. The outside patio has just been renovated with new floor, table and chairs.

Comfy and adorable

I enjoyed my stay there and plan to go back, when I’m in the area. The place is nice, clean and modern and had everything I needed, for a weekend stay. Close to the beach and pretty much everything. Nice and quiet neighborhood as well.

Cozy Stay for a busy trip

This property is extremely comfortable and was perfect for my wife and I. We were in town for a wedding and it was awesome having a safe place to keep our things. AC is great and we’d gladly stay here again.

Repeat stay!

This was our 2nd stay. Enjoyed our first stay, so booked again. And again enjoyed our stay. We had family nearby to visit. My husband and I with our medium size dog enjoyed our time at the VRBO and dog walking the neighborhood. A problem with the toilet. Owner fixed it in less than 1/2 hour. Great stay!

Everything you need

Great stay in the oversized efficiency room. Nice area, quiet and close to several restaurants. Communication with owners was fast and easy. Highly rated.

I checked in here on October 31, 2024 for one night. Overpriced for what you get. I’ll try to put this in a nice way. The pictures did not match the studio. The betting and towels didn’t meet VRBO standards. I wasn’t comfortable at all in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The host needs to do a total overall on this entire studio. Not happy Maureen

Quick Trip

We needed a place to stay for a quick weekend trip to South Florida. The location was ideal and the area was very quiet. Also, the bed was comfortable, much better than the last hotel we stayed in.

Great Studio!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved it! It was cozy and spacious and exactly what we needed. Casey and Corinne were kind and very easy to reach. Great stay!

The efficiency worked for what we needed. That said, as previous reviews have mentioned very little money would make this four to four and a half Stars. The carport is wonderful, safety is assured, air conditioning work well however a bit loud. We had no issues and the location was excellent for what we needed. Simple things like new pillows, updated utensils and kitchen ware and tabletop coverings would make this place stand out. The owners were easy to communicate with.

The property was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive to a question we had. My wife and I enjoyed staying at the property. It was very clean, in a great location and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place for a last minute stay.

Casey and Corrine were wonderful in assisting with anything we needed. Everything was as it showed in the photos. Very comfortable bed especially after being under a tattoo gun all day. Was actually surprised how hot the water got for the shower. Neighborhood was quiet and was definitely able to catch up on some sleep. If I ever need to stay the night in the area again, this place will be my first go to.
