Enjoy comfortable mattresses ! Master-bedroom has view of lake with King size bedroom and 42inch flat screen TV , and second bedroom has Queen size bed with 42 inch flat screen TV . Condo offers a Private balcony on the 3rd floor with Lake view !! Living has a 65 inch flat screen Samsung TV . Enjoy Resort amenities with lazy river, Tiki bar, Mini Golf and much more !! Great stay

This condo was perfect for my family. It is very spacious. I loved the size of the kitchen island. The only drawback is you have to drive to the main pool and that parking fills up fast. Loved the neighborhood! We would stay again.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Nice new condo Larger than it appears in the pictures Easy to get to grocery stores We had an maintenance issue and they responded and assisted immediately Cons: The washer/dryer combo unit is not ideal. It is confusing to work and very small and takes forever to get a load of laundry completed The air conditioning is required to stay at 72, so it felt warm and muggy at night. Ceiling fans in bedrooms would be nice. Bare minimum supplies - one kitchen towel, limited settings of plates, no extras like salt and pepper, etc. The clubhouse pool areas are nice and fun, but the main one is crazy busy. Thankfully someone told us about a newer one that opened. It would be nice to have a map of the complex provided. It is very large and spread out. Just a note because we would have liked to know this ahead - you can not bring your own food and drinks into the clubhouse/pool areas. Overall a nice place and a nice clean unit.

Great house, poor management!

The house is great, beautiful and good location. However, the communication with the management company is very poor. Either very late response or no response at all. Please consider to leave hand soap, coffee filter and salt, pepper and sugar, ect.

Check in info was not given to me prior to the day of check in.

The day of my check in date I still had not gotten any information. I had to call repeatedly to get the check in door code and procedures. It was very inconvenient to say the least. The person in charge of this should have gotten me the info before the day of check in and I should not have had to call to get it. Do better or get a better person to handle check in.
