## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a room with a double bed,
- a shower room,
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a living room.

Please note: just so you know, there are no cushions on the terrace. Also, we’re having an issue with the motorized curtain in the master bedroom.

You will particularly appreciate :
- its location: in a listed building, architect Fernand POUILLON ;
- its sea view from the kitchen (sunset) and its view on the cathedral of the Major, from the terrace.
- and its dedicated work space (in the room).

During your stay, you will have at your disposal : Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, oven.

The apartment is located near the "Colbert" and "Vieux Port" metro stations.
You will find the mini-market of the basket at 4 minutes of walk.

Sites of interest within 5 minutes walk from the accommodation:
- the Old Port,
- the fort Saint Jean,
- the MUCEM museum,
- the cathedral of the Major
- and the tourist district of the Panier.

## Emplacement
Marseille is a wonderful city, lively and diverse: sea view, ports and beaches, museums. Not to be missed: Notre Dame de la Garde dominates the city of Marseille, you can see the basilica from the square.
The archipelago of Frioul can be visited, with departure of the maritime shuttles of the Old Port. It is necessary to cross the Old Port with the famous Ferry Boat (pronounced box!) The creeks are to be seen, as much by the sea, as in excursions. A little further, by car or by train, the charming ports of Cassis and La Ciotat, and on the other side, the Blue Coast.

The 2nd arrondissement covers the oldest part of Marseille, north of the Old Port, notably the Panier district. This district is home to the Grands Carmes City Hall, making it a historic district. The many restaurants and grocery stores, the pedestrian streets and the colorful facades give a picturesque side to this district, seducing tourists. This district represents the past and the present of Marseilles, between history and trendy atmosphere thanks to the Docks du Sud, theaters, exhibitions and meeting places.
