Bordered by white sandy beaches, the residence extends over a vast estate with tropical vegetation as far as the sea, is located 25 km from Lamentin airport (Fort de France) and 1.5 km from a beautiful small fishing village (Sainte-Luce).
A waterfront holiday with an immediate proximity to the beach and for even more fun, you can enjoy the incredible 650m2 aquatic area of the village with swimming pool, wading pool and solarium with deckchairs available.
But that's not all, many activities will also be offered to you in the holiday village: The water sports centre a few metres away offers you many explosive activities!
On the programme: motorised water sports, kayaks, flyboarding, jet-skiing and paddle courses, diving club.
You can also enjoy the tennis court and many free day and night activities organized by the residence.
Several restaurants and a bar are located within the village itself, giving you the opportunity to taste the delicious Caribbean flavors.
The residence also offers a laundry room with ironing board and a convenience store with food and bread deposit.
Our air-conditioned apartment is located in a quiet building, close to the beach, on the 3rd floor without elevator but easy to access.
Facing East facing the tropical park of the residence, close to the beach, with a surface area of 70m2 with terrace and veranda of 10m2 you can see the Caribbean Sea and Saint Lucia.
