It is ideal for two couples of friends or for a family. <br>The apartment is composed of:<br>- an entrance hall with wardrobe cupboard and drying rack,<br>- a master suite with a large double bed of 160*200, a dressing room and a private shower room,<br>- a second shower room with WC,<br>- a second bedroom with two beds of 90*200 that can be pushed together for a couple,<br>- a large living room equipped with two daybeds of 90*200 each (which can also be pushed together if a couple sleeps in the living room), a coffee table, a desk, a smart-TV and a wardrobe. A sliding bay window provides access to the terrace and the kitchen area<br>- an outdoor terrace equipped with a large dining table with 6 chairs<br>- a kitchen area equipped with a fridge, a microwave, two hotplates, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.<br><br>The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has free wifi access.<br><br>The apartment is non-smoking and is not allowed for pets.<br><br>Rentals are possible with a minimum of 5 nights. For a shorter stay, however, you can ask me.<br><br>From mid-October to the end of August, you will have access to the residence's swimming pools (650 m2) as well as to all the activities organised by Pierre et Vacances (water aerobics, beach volleyball, steps, etc.), the children's and teenagers' club (for a fee), restaurants, bars, laundry, mini-market and free and secure parking 24 hours a day.<br><br>The residence offers privileged pedestrian access to the coastal path of the seaside - 10 km round trip - ideal for a morning jog, a walk at sunset, and to access the white sandy beaches and the village of Sainte-Luce (touristic and lively)
