Relax on Partridge Pond. Great for paddle boarding and swimming or just hanging out on the deck and grilling. Great local restaurants and Wachusetts brewery 5 min up the road and Wachusetts ski area 10 min away.

Newly furnished. Updated utilities. Quiet area and a great retreat. Year round entertainment. We enjoy our time here.

The waterfront slopes gradually from 1' by the shore to 4' at the end of the dock. Ten feet off the end of the dock is 6'. Do not dive from the dock.
Guests use of kayaks, paddleboards and all waterfront activities including swimming is done so at their own risk.

Such a cute house and perfect spot! The house was super clean and very well stocked. The location was beautiful! We were in town for a fall wedding and it was just what we needed! Todd was very responsive and accommodating.

Fabulous house and location

Was a little nervous with the square footage but boy they have maximized every inch of this house. Lake was glorious, rooms were comfortable and all the extras were top notch. Already booked another stay for later this year. Such a perfect place for our family.

Perfect pond cottage

This is the second time we have rented the cottage. It is such a delightful place to stay and the hosts provide such lovely amenities, that I would say it's one of the best rental experiences we've encountered.

Lovely home with a small dock in a large pond! Kayaks in the back yard. Beautiful looking out to the pond. Very comfortable home. Hosts are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Nice job!

A Kid-Friendly Getaway

This place was perfect for a family vacation with kids under 6. Todd had everything to make it fun for them to spend most of the day in the water, which was really easy for kids to get into with the dock and a shallow entry. The kayaks were so fun and had kid sized life vests. I also really appreciate how responsive Todd was throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic weekend away

We were pleasantly surprised by all of the extras at this house. From the snacks, bag of ice, little toiletries.. they thought of it all. The house was very clean and the back deck was beautiful. Thank you for a great experience!

Partridge Pond

My family and I were there for a week and had the best time! It’s a beautiful spot and house! The house was fully stocked. Todd and Dana thought of everything you might need. Communication was good, with quick responses. We can’t wait to go back next year!!

Idyllic Cottage

What a wonderful place to stay even in March! This home gave our family of 5 adults a needed respite during a stressful time. The pond location is so relaxing. The home offered so many extras that make renting a house better than a hotel. The snacks and water were much appreciated! Host is very responsive for any issue.

Great place

A few of my hockey teammates and i stayed here for a weekend tournament...it was a little hard to find in the dark, but once we did, everything was great. Only downfall to this property is that cell service stinks. Lol. Host very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Fabulous Lake Side Abode

I generally don't write reviews, but the owner was so amazingly wonderful I wanted to take the time to give him praise. The place was extremely comfortable, very welcoming, and had everything we needed. The water "toys" were top notch, and I was able to stand up paddle board without falling into the water! Really, the owner could not have been kinder, more helpful, or more available to help and answer any questions. The only thing I didn't care for may be VRBO related. I'm a professional, a home owner, and have rented with VRBO for over 15 years, about annually. I don't appreciate being strong-armed into purchasing insurance or setting down $1,500 which may or may not be returned to me. I will have to travel to this area annually due to elderly parents nearby, and this requirement is the only thing that would deter me from looking into renting this place again.

A very nice lakeside cabin

We called the house a cabin. It is small, but well laid out for a family gathering such as we had. Our two little ones, 2 and 5, had a blast running around and watching the squirrels and the pond through the picture window. It was cold for most of our stay so we didn't do much on the lovely pond. Our two cooks made us a feast in the well-stocked kitchen! Thank you for everything, Todd!

Family wedding weekend

I rented to accommodate family flying in from the Netherlands for a wedding. This house provided peace and quiet and relaxation for them. The home is clean and well stocked, comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. Situated on a lovely little pond, it is a nice getaway.
