The Property; exclusively for you and your guests is situated in the heart of the Old Town Marbella. An Enchanting 20th century Townhouse carefully restored and full of character, It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, large salon.
A fitted kitchen, dishwasher,microwave, washing machine and dryer. A flatscreen TV. It also boasts of a walk in wardrobe, plus a utility room. A rooftop terrace fully planted with colourful flowers , sun beds and sofa. Fresh bottled water and a coffee machine .

I will arrange to meet you and your party upon arrival with your keys. I will give you a quick guide around the property. I play golf about 3 times a week in the Marbella area, but do so very early in the morning and I will be available should you have any queries.I can be contacted at all times during your stay. I can also help out with Restaurant recommendations and site seeing trips you might like to take during your stay. I can assist you with Golf course recommendations , and best value green fees. Earlier check in and late check out can be arranged if other bookings are suitable for your particular dates.
I take great care to ensure that your property is presented to you in top condition and can offer additional cleaning and changing of linen and towles. For stays in excess of 7 days this needs to be undertaken. A special fee of just 75 euro will cover the cost of the 2 girls for circa 4 hours work.

Casa Valdes is right in the heart of Marbella, situated within a short distance of the beach and Plaza de los Naranjos. Everything you could possibly want is at your doorstep. A large selection of beautiful restaurants and tapa bars all within walking distance. On the sea front (passeo maritimo ) you will find lots of shops and bars to visit during your stay. For the younger visitors the Marbella port has lots of late night bars and nightclubs with stunning views over the ocean. The famous Puerta Banus is only 20 minutes away by taxi.
On the other side of Marbella a trip to Mijas village is recommended , a lovely place to visit for lunch and to do some gift shopping. With the beautiful climate here in Marbella you are sure to have a wonderful stay, and I look forward to your visit and hopefully many more in the future.

Casa Valdes is ideally situated in the centre of the Old Town Marbella. Its a 30-40 minute car journey from Malaga airport. Taxies are also plentiful outside the airport terminal. Those of you that like to play golf will be spoilt as there are circa 20 courses within 30 minutes of Marbella. Some only 10 minutes away. Those of you that like to be up and about can take a walk along the sea front (passeo maritimo) all the way to Puerto Banus and beyond if you wish. Stunning views over the Med to Africa and Gibraltar and the most southern tip of Spain. You will be able to hire bicycles and electric models on the passeo if you prefer this method of transport.
This is a truly magical place to spend your holiday, and I confident you will be very comfortable in Casa Valdes during your visit.
