Located in Mijas Costa, the villa 'With Separate Apartment' is just a short walk from the beach.

The impressive 210 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people.

On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a TV.

A high chair is also available.

The highlight of the villa is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, an open terrace, 2 balconies and a barbecue.

The outdoor area is stylishly furnished for dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

The bus stop to Marbella is a few minutes away, the bus stop to Malaga is just a 10 minutes walk away. Two beach bars with live music in the summer months are 10 minutes walk away. Closest golf course 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes car drive away.

While a small supermarket, a pharmacy and some restaurants are just a 10 minutes walk away, we recommend hiring a car if you want to explore the area or want to have access to wider amenities.

A parking space is available in a private garage. Free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets are allowed (for a fee).

Youth groups are not allowed.

Renting a car is recommended to explore the nearby area.

Cleaning and washing services are provided (for a fee).

The property was well situated and very nice, The lighting on the property steps didn't work so coming in each night was awkward. The television channels were difficult to work out, maybe an instruction booklet would be helpful and the pool was nice but for the size it would be nicer if most of the pool was quite deep. These are must minor details and overall it was a lovely place to stay

Pros: Lovely clean villa with everything you need for your holiday . The outside space and pool are fantastic . We were greeted on our arrival by Manuel who was very friendly and helpful. He dealt with some minor issues very promptly . The area is very quiet but not far from La Cala , a 5 minute drive or about a 25 minute walk . Everything was as described and we had a fantastic holiday .

Wir sind kaum essen gewesen, da wir lieber gemütlich auf der Terasse gegrillt haben mit anschliessendem Kaminfeuer. Wir hatten 2 ganz tolle Urlaube dort, die wir sehr genossen haben.

Smart location, depending what you like to do you may need a car otherwise you may be getting a lot of taxi if you like to drink and and eat out in la Cala or Fuengirola. The Villa was Brilliant, clean and everything was exactly how it looked. Great views to die for. Pool was fantastic and regularly cleaned as were the gardens. Place is very secure, private and quiet. Owners were great on booking to leaving. A bit of work to address the ants would be a great move as there was a nest down the side of the Villa. Did t cause any problems but there is great products to kill these off. I’m sure they will fix this no problems. Could not fault the Villa at all, very spacious and clean and would stay again. Thanks

Perhaps a clean set of bedding for the 2nd week??? walking distance to a few restaurants which are excellent would definitely stay here again......fabulous villa

Pros: Name & number of house is above the gate and colouring blends rather than stands out so you need to look upwards on arrival to actually find it....You only have access to the lower section of the house internally but full access externally to all areas. Kitchen very well equipped with mostly new appliances. Lounge excellent size with table & chairs inside as well as 2 tables outside on top terrace and another on lower terrace....Sofa bed sadly was not fit for purpose - not big enough for 2 people and collapsed even when you sat on it. However, whilst we simply opted to use as sofa for sleeping for 1 person, Francisco /Gabriela did respond promptly and arranged to have another sofa bed purchased for future clients. Beautiful pool and plenty of terrace space (top & bottom levels) but no room for sunbathing around the pool. Lounge remains cool which is fab when it is hot as it is completely shaded... Major infestation of ants and if any food left out in kitchen they will come inside overnight in their droves - again owner responded quickly with ant powder and provided bin for kitchen which was a must! Overall very good and ideal for us as we know the area but you do need a car otherwise you will spend a bucket load in taxis and walking to beach not really practical in the summer (steep hill and a fair distance to carry everything). Walk to La Cala too far for the average person . Not sure I'd want to have 6 people there though as the sofa bed is located in an office area - 4 was enough for the space you have access to.

Pros: Fantastic, spacious and exceptionally well equipped villa about 10 minutes drive from la Cala de Mijas. The villa has a lovely pool and terrace for sunbathing and everything else one would need for a week's stay. The place is very luxurious and really well finished. The owners were very warm people and are great to deal with. We will definitely try to stay here again if we return to Mijas.
