Get ready to live the high life in the heart of Mammoth, baby! This fab three-level condo in the Mammoth Sierra Townhomes is your ticket to spacious living with a serious dose of style. With three dreamy bedrooms + a Loft, each boasting its very own ensuite bathroom, everyone gets a taste of privacy and luxury. Oh, and there’s an extra guest bathroom on the main floor because we know you like to keep things convenient!

Renovated to the max in 2018, this beauty flaunts a chic modern mountain vibe that's all about comfort and flair. Plus, in 2022, we treated those mattresses to an upgrade—get ready for the best sleep of your life, folks! The floorplan is a perfect mix of function and flair, with plenty of thoughtful touches to make your stay nothing short of fabulous.

The main floor features a cozy pellet stove that sets the mood for movie marathons or a snuggle-fest during chilly nights. The kitchen? Fully stocked and ready for you to whip up your favorite meals or just heat up some après-ski snacks. Oh, and there's a loft to give you even more room to spread out and do your thing!

Now, let's talk LOCATION—this condo’s got it. You’re steps away from the Red Line and Green Line ski slopes for ultimate convenience. Plus, shopping, dining, and everything else you could possibly want is just a short walk away. Need a break? The complex has a summer pool and a year-round hot tub to melt all your worries away.

As for the bed setup, we’ve got options galore! Two master bedrooms with king-size beds, a bunk bedroom with a full bed and a twin on top, plus a twin-over-twin bunk. And don’t forget the loft, complete with a full-size bed and two twin beds. Talk about comfort overload!

With all these upgrades, the perfect layout, and a location that can't be beaten, this condo is ready to be your new favorite getaway. Oh, and parking? No problem! There’s room for two cars right in front. Come get your Mammoth fix in style!

Please note that condos in Mammoth do not have A/C. It doesn't get hot enough here. Opening the windows will cool it right down. BBQ's are only available in the Summer time. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, there will be an extra $250 cleaning fee added on after you book.

Good property. Dryer was overloaded with lint. Vent warning on. Long drying times. Pellet fireplace needed maintenance. Prompt maintenance service though.

Wonderful place, poor communication

The condo is really lovely, with a great location. It is perfect for a summer getaway with friends and our children. It was difficult communicating with the management company. They repeatedly request that you download their own app for details on your stay, but there is no messaging area within that app, and they didn't pick up the phone or respond to texts or Instagram DMs. They finally responded to my message in the VRBO app, but it wasn't until the next day, and only after I asked a second time. They also did not answer when I asked about getting my damage deposit refunded. They're probably busy with the summer season, but I will try to avoid using properties managed by Ready 4 Rentals in the future.

Great spot

Incredible location in the center of town! Walking distance to so many great food spots, breweries, etc. The space was absolutely lovely. Would recommend to a friend!

Great place, poor service and awful housekeeping

After you register, they try to get you to download a separate app outside of VRBO which is confusing. Because I don't have the VRBO app installed on my phone, I provided my phone number, which was not used. -My sheets had an excessive amount of women's hair. (Instead of calling me, they showed up and let a 12-year-old explain that there was no issue) -It was literally snowing in May. The property management company had so many controls on the heating that we went to bed freezing every night. The remodel is amazing, but the lack of support was awful and ruined our experience.

Great stay...

We are super picky...we liked this place so much The only think I suggest is more serving bowls etc..and more kitchen utensils.. We are big cooks ...but super organized clean and we had the best time... All bedding was super cozy too

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay! It’s in walking distance to everything. Only 2 parking spots but you can park as many cars across the street in vons.

Great Place, but it is not a 4 bedroom!

Great place and very clean, but it has only three bedrooms, which would have changed our decision to book the place. It is a three bedroom with a loft and the loft does not have its own bathroom or closet and it is open air to the kitchen. We fortunately had enough beds, but had planned to have two kid rooms and two parent rooms which was not possible with this setup.

A condo in the pines....

Very comfortable, clean, TVs in all the rooms. Walking distance to store, movies and restaurants...lots of local activities in beautiful Mammoth Lakes.

Great summer getaway!

This place was great to boast my large family of 11! We all had a place to sleep, a place for us to gather and play games, and it was close to everything we wanted to do. It can be pretty warm inside during the summer, so lots of open windows and running fans. We were pretty warm inside, but other than that it was great!

Beautifully remodeled townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit just came onto the market and it looks and feels brand new. Thoughtfully designed with comfortable furniture and beds, tasteful art and a high end kitchen. Definitely a cut above most Mammoth rentals.The entire place is quite narrow and not as big as the photos make it seem, but they do a good job of using the space effectively. Downstairs, two master bedrooms have very comfortable but soft beds, each with its own bathroom. Plus a third room with two bunk beds for stuffing all the kids also gets its own bathroom. Upstairs is an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with high ceilings and fireplace. And on the top floor is a cool loft space with a desk and great views, although it tends to get pretty warm up there catching all the living room heat from below. There are some restaurants and a supermarket within 5-10 minutes walking distance but you can drive to any place in the town of Mammoth in just a couple minutes.Only concern was the bedroom Nest thermostats are set to Eco mode, and locked, which means you can adjust the temperature but the bedrooms won't stay heated if there's nobody in there for the Nest sensor to pick up. Our rooms kept dropping to 61 degrees! I get why they keep it locked so guests don't play with the settings, but they do need to turn off Eco mode!! A small detail, easily fixed... otherwise a fantastic find in Mammoth!
