Welcome to Beach Trail Bungalow Triplex!

Enjoy the ultimate beach escape at The Seaside Cottage, a beautifully updated beachfront home that provides everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Located directly on the sandy shores, this pet-friendly property welcomes dogs (Dogs are allowed with owner approval and non-refundable pet fee. Two dog limit.), making it the perfect destination for the whole family, including your four-legged companions!

Property Highlights:
• Beach Trail is divided into three separate units, which can be rented individually or together as a full home:
1) Upstairs Unit: This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features:
• Master Bedroom: A queen-sized bed, TV, and a bathroom with a large shower and oceanfront views.
• Second Bedroom: Furnished with two twin beds.
• Third Bedroom: Equipped with a queen-sized bed.

2) Downstairs Units (2 of these units) : Each unit includes:
• Bedroom: A queen-sized bed.
• Living Area: A queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests.
• Outdoor Access: Sliding glass doors that open to a small patio with seating, leading to the large shared deck.
• Expansive Decks and Backyard! Enjoy the huge backyard and decks overlooking the pristine white sand beach!

Accommodations:
• Free Off-Street Parking
• Fully Equipped Kitchen with coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, and a full array of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.
• All linens, towels, bedding, and pillows are provided for a hassle-free stay.
• The entire property is professionally cleaned and sanitized for your peace of mind.
• Outdoor Propane Grill on site, guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tanks for the grill.

We rented the entire unit for a family vacation. Each family had their own unit but ee were still all.together. The amenites were wonderful especially the outdoor decks and beach.

The beach view is amazing at the house. It has changed since last year when we stayed at the house. the dunes were swept away in the hurricane and al of of the trees, plants and bushes are gone. It is a straight walk onto the beach now which is fantastic and easier. They made quite a few upgrades from last year such as new mattresses inside. They are very comfortable. Also they have new decks and walkways which are so much better. Our family really loves this place and we will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Indian Rocks Beach! The location couldn’t be better—directly on the beach with gorgeous views. Our group rented all 3 units for the week, which worked out perfectly and was a great value. The home was very clean and nicely decorated, making it feel welcoming right away. The bottom two bungalows are especially cozy and perfect for couples. We’re already hoping to book this property again for our next trip back!

Spacious, Beachfront, Convenient

We had a great stay! The house is divided into three units, which worked perfectly for our group — two sets of grandparents, three kids, and my wife and me. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach with great views, and close to restaurants and grocery stores.The unit was well-stocked with beach toys, chairs, and a tent, which made our beach days super easy. Having a washer and dryer on-site was also a big plus.During our stay, the refrigerator stopped working, but the property management team responded immediately, and the owner personally came by the next day.Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Love the beach access

We reserved the whole property with the 3 separate spaces and it worked out perfect for our family. The beach is right out the back door which is perfect. Definitely consider coming back.

Amazing location and perfect layout for multiple parties!

I rented this house to celebrate my 50th birthday with my two teenagers, my sister and her family and my parents. I grew up in the area very nearby and we’re so happy to come home with everyone! The space is perfect for multiple groups. My parents and sister had their own space as did I with the kids, which was perfect. There were so many beach toys and chairs available to us which was a lovely bonus! Things we likely would’ve had to purchase for staying a week, but we wouldn’t need to use again so it’s very nice not to have to buy and transport.

Great place on the beach

The house is very spacious and accommodated our large group well. We rented the entire unit and it worked out great. The backyard is very private and a short walk down a path to the beach. The views from the house are gorgeous. We would definitely recommend this place for a large family.

4 generations beach trip

Property was as advertised. Spacious, clean, comfortable, direct beach access. Mattresses could use a refresh, but overall a great experience. The covered carport was great feature on rainy days. Beach was very close, plentry of parking for the 3 families and covered carpot was a plus for rainy days

Vacation with Family!

The house was very clean! Had everything that you could think of. The view from the deck was beautiful! As a lg family, we never felt like we were on top of each other. We did rent the whole house. The only down thing was a musty smell in one of the apartments downstairs.

All of us were comfortable in this house. It served our purpose nicely. Was here 3 yrs ago and was happy to see the carpet gone and like the redo in the kitchen. Not so happy to see the upstairs porch stairs gone because that gives the unit only one egress in emergency.

Florida family fun in the sun.

We loved having everything we needed for a fun family vacation on the beach. The house was perfect for our family. We loved that there were chairs and beach equipment in the storage closet. The house was well appointed with all the basic items necessary for our family. We loved our stay in this home.

Great place at a quiet beach

Was nice have two ground floor units for those with trouble negotiating stairs. Would have been perfect if you could have walked right to the water directly from the back yard. There was not protected access over the dunes so we had to go around.

Great location, but...

I will start with the positives... Overall our stay was good. The rental property is located in a great area. There were a few restaurants and a convenience store all within a short walk from the place. The beach was quiet and clean, and the water temp was swimmable. The 3 units having separate entrances worked out well for us, as we had multiple families staying at the house. They also have K-cup machines in each unit, which was a plus. The top floor was a nice place to entertain, with a great view of the beach. The sunsets were amazing! Now the negatives... Our biggest disappointment was the beach closing. During our last few days, we could not access the beach behind the house. It was closed down completely! We woke up to heavy machinery and trucks bringing sand in. Apparently, they had a planned restoration project in the works due to hurricane damage. Of course, we had no advance notice. If we did, we would have changed the date or moved to a less expensive rental across the road. We called the property management company and they said they had no idea either (I'm skeptical)... based on a quick web search, the project had been known to locals for months. They did give us a $205 gift card credit, but in my opinion, it was not enough. I think 1/2 off for those days would have been more fair. Lastly, we saw a few rats crawling around out behind the house, but thankfully nothing inside! Overall we had a good stay despite the negatives.

Mice mice mice

I would like to start this review off with honesty and positivity, the location of this place was perfect along the with the nightly sunsets . The nearby restaurants were great . Upon arrival we encountered several things wrong with rental . The sheets had blood stains on them , that being said the beds were so uncomfortable and made so much noise it was hard to get any rest . The downstairs units smelled like mold , the bathroom in unit B had fecal matter on the shower curtain we had to buy liners at dollar general. The worst part about this place was the kitchen , they clearly are aware of having a rodent problem based on every surface having mouse poop, glue traps , and rat poisoning thrown everywhere . This was absolutely absurd for the amount of money we’ve paid for this rental. At 3 am my youngest daughter and I heard the mice eating our food and running along the countertops , one had fallen into the trap ,it was such a terrible scene listening to him squeak in pain . This is our 10th year to the island and we were all so disappointed. We strongly encourage the owner to do some major repairs/ upgrades to this place , it has the potential to be beautiful.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving we immediately realized that we had landed an ideal location ... however as the week wore on and we came together from the 3 units we rented ... ea person compared notes and realized we were in agreement that the beds were most uncomfortable, one couple even fell through in the night several times due to the short slats.... The bed linens were not clean and the place was basically rundown... a lot of work should be done for the price . Overall we definitely enjoyed the location and could tell it had been loved in as a home at some point but it had obviously been taken over by a company and needs some tlc.

The deck is rotten and scary, they took the steps out that goes from main unit to beach access instead of fixing. The kitchen cabinets are broken, sliding doors were FILTHY at check in. I had to clean them myself. You can’t see the beach because of the HUGE tree in the way. The walking path has nails sticking up & my sister got hurt. No sheets at all for the pull out sofa bed. Furniture was AWFUL, so uncomfortable. We even had family come over for the day and they said it was terrible. This should be someone’s last resort. Rent something else if you can. This was not worth the enormous price.

I went with my family; mom and sisters and their better halves. Plenty of space for 9 of us. Great kitchen accessories for cooking (we did very little). The lack of stairs on the front deck did not bother us (some have mentioned). Plenty of parking for groups. The photo of the beach closet is a little misleading...doesn't look that nice (but it is a rental). However we brought beach chairs and a neso canopy. There are great loungers on the decks facing the ocean. Hopefully, they replace some lightbulbs.

Beautiful view

The house worked great in accommodating our family group of 14. The view was amazing. The balcony is in process of being repaired so the stair access was gone and the cleaning could have been a little better. The manager Marnie was great and very responsive. I would definitely love to go here again!
