Beach Condo located in the Heart of Olde Naples
This completely renovated townhouse is a four unit condominium with two parking spaces, one undercover, within 1 block to the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor has spectacular landscape views with an open floor plan. The floors are a light wide plank oak with seating for 8 in the living area as well as on the granite oversized island. Gourmet cooking as well as a tucked away bar for entertaining. The den/bedroom has a sofa bed, and is private with a full bath with a walk in shower. The second level has two bedrooms each with a private bath. The master has two large closets, sitting area and a king size bed with large flat screen TV. The master bath has tub/shower jacuzzi for relaxation. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, large flat screen TV and a bathroom with a walk in shower. All rooms have sliding glass doors with electic shades for privacy.

Location, Location. Location+ This three bedroom condo is bright and airy and has the feel of a cosmopolitan treehouse. Once inside you have the choice of supreme privacy or letting nature surround you. The master suite is extremely comfortable with a king bed and also a lounging area. Guest suite has private full bath and balcony. Large closets in each room as well as Smart TVs. The den/bedroom on the first floor has a private bath and can be both living or sleeping. Kitchen has large island seats 8, perfect for entertaining. Bar area is private. All new appliances and oversized pantry. Under building parking for one car and additional parking if needed.
