"Suite 102 in Madison" is a keyless entry, 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath "Smart Home". The living room has a flat screen TV, plenty of space for relaxing, movie/game night or preparing for tomorrow's meeting. Kitchen is equipped w/ dishes, coffee maker, kuerig, and appliances. The bedrooms are located upstairs with a queen bed, full bath in each. Command to change lighting, music (upstairs and downstairs), and tv. Washer/dryer and dishwasher inside suite. Also includes a two-car reserved parking space.

The space
This location is very close to the Huntsville International Airport (4.2 miles), minutes to/from Toyota Field Stadium, Home of the “Trash Pandas”, Space & Rocket Center, Redstone Arsenal, Toyota Plant, convenient to shopping, dining establishments, entertainment, and interstate 565/65.

Guest access
Entire townhouse belongs to you. Washer/Dryer inside townhouse. Dishwasher also available. Private spacious backyard with seating, outdoor ceiling fan, firepit and BBQ grill.

Other things to note
A door access code will be forwarded to the guests the day before arrival.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
Portable A/C in the master bedroom to provide additional cooling comfort!!!

Well equipped and Cozy

The condo was clean and had everything you needed for an extended stay. The host did a nice job of preparing the condo for our stay including a Christmas tree and holiday decorations.

Long weekend

Cozy and comfortable

This is exactly what we were looking for. Nothing extravagant but a place that was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. Our son recently moved to Madison and we just wanted a place where we could all gather for Thanksgiving.

Great stay

This was perfect for 2 couples. We really enjoyed the backyard and separate bathrooms for each bedroom upstairs. Would stay again.

Nice relaxing, comfortable property

It was just as described and had everything we needed. Having en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms was very nice. Property was clean and well kept, everything worked. Property owner was pleasant and welcoming!

Great place!

We loves this place. Everything was so comfortable from the beds to the oversized couch. Snack, coffee and bottled water were a great surprise. The location is great and close to everything and the owner is so easy to deal with and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Clean and Comfortable

The property was very clean and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable as well. I would certainly stay there again, and to top it off there were even snacks which were a welcomed surprise after a long flight.

Cozy and Cute

The condo was comfortable and in a good location for shopping and close to museums and other sites in Huntsville. We enjoyed the shops in the historic downtown of Madison.

Fun visit

This place was central to EVERYTHING! All amenities included a coffee bar, fresh towels and even body wash. The beds were sooooo comfy. 10 outta 10 would recommend! Great place and fun visit.

Good central location

This is a nice quiet townhouse centrally located. We enjoyed the fire pit out back when it was cold. We will definitely be back!

House hunting visit

This is a great, centrally located property. More than that, it's very near the most popular areas of Madison without being inconvenient. The back patio is very peaceful and great for relaxing. Highly recommended.

Better than any hotel

This was my first time using Vrbo and I must say this was an excellent experience. The property owner location is top notch. This is definitely a great place to get away and relax for business or pleasure. I wanted for nothing.

Lovely Condo, Great Location

My sister and I and our husbands met for a short weekend visit. The condo is very homey, extremely clean and comfortable. It is a short drive to Huntsville but has many conveniences near by as well. We had everything we needed for a lively weekend.

Convenient

We needed to adjust our dates about a week out and the the host was very accommodating! Love that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Cleanliness was an issue but the host said she would rectify that from here on out. Be aware: the train will literally be stopped on the tracks at the corner of Front St & Sullivan St for a long time, preventing access to the house if traveling N on Sullivan- you will have to drive back out to County Line Rd. (Wonder if theres a schedule for that?!) Despite being close to tracks and airport, it was still pretty quiet. Didn't have time for the firepit but love that it was all fenced off out back for privacy.

Family reunion

We came to Madison Alabama to visit my father and we were beyond happy with our stay. Everything we needed was provided, the location was great only 15-20 mins from everything we could think of to do. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and we felt very safe. Our host was amazing and answered any and all questions we had extremely fast. When we come back to this area I will most definitely stay in one of Frencetta homes.

Trip to visit family

It was quiet, cozy, and private. We had a very easy check-in with the door code, as we arrived very late after driving hundreds of miles. The beds were cozy, the sheets, towels, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean. The entire condo was neat and tidy. Someone really put their heart into decorating, as well, and I appreciate that. The location was convenient in correlation to all of our family that is spread out in northern Alabama, so it was easy to drive and visit them. We enjoyed our stay so much more than if we rented hotel rooms!

Sweet 102

We really enjoyed our stay at Suite 102 in Madison. The place was lovely and perfect for my wife and I while we visited family in the area. Just a stone’s throw from Main Street and convenient to everything else that we needed. Love the college themed bedrooms! Thanks for adding to a wonderful weekend in Madison!
