The space was nicely remodeled and generally very clean. It’s a private basement unit and suited our needs well for the weekend. The hot tub was a great idea, though it wasn’t as clean as we expected during our stay. Access to the unit involved stairs and cobblestone areas with some leading tendrils of a bush, which may be something to keep in mind for some guests.Overall, the place was comfortable and functional, and while it wasn’t quite what we personally looking for, it did work well for our stay.

Directions were exact and clear. The property is private. The space was clean, cool, and inviting. I was pleasantly pleased to arrive to the house and the hot tub was ready waiting for us. We traveled to Estes Park, FairPlay, and Idaho Springs. The house was easy to drive to and from the Denver airport. Communication with host was easy and quick response. Overall an excellent stay in Colorado!!

Clean, well-appointed, organized place

It was a perfect place to stay for my wife, son and I while our other son graduated from college. Directions to enter the basement apartment were very clear. A ring-binder of things to know were very clear. All was in very good order. Thank you.

My wife and I were quite comfortable here. We are old, so the long staircase on entry was a tad daunting, but we made it just fine.

There’s a Reason for the Rating

There’s a reason this property is so highly rated by so many people. Easy to communicate with host, quiet spot, hot tub, comfortable bed, little things like condiments in the fridge, games, and robes for the hot tub. Close to lots of things, this was the perfect spot for some R&R and fun.

Proposed here — very private and magical!!

Almost a too good to be true property in terms of privacy and amenities, we loved the hot tub and made smores in the fire pit, having a private back yard was amazing especially with the lights hung up along the fence. Nicole was also very helpful and accommodating and added nice touches like candles and rose petals to help us celebrate the occasion! Only small complaint is with the kitchen; its very nice but at our time of stay (Jan 2025) a couple of the stovetop burners wouldn’t light and the microwave kept turning off on its own. Something to be aware of but only a small annoyance and something im sure she’ll fix. The entrance was also cramped and a bit jank but its a worthy trade-off for how private it was! We’re locals so the location wasnt super important but if this is close enough to things you want to do I’d highly recommend it!

great weekend stay!

we were in denver for a concert at Red Rocks and stayed here for the weekend. it was great! everything was super clean and modern! and the hot tub was nice after being at the concert all night.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay. It was very clean and just as described with little extra perks! When we got there in the evening, there were signs welcoming us, the fireplace was going, and a light was on. Made us feel right at home. We loved the hot tub! Having Robes and Slip on shoes available was an added bonus! Such a nice way to end the night. The backyard was so fun. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Food/stores close by. Nicole, our host was very quick at responding and very helpful. I would highly recommend if you are coming to Denver to check out her place. We were very impressed. We had a fabulous time.

Great Location

The location was awesome! Very close to Denver and the Red Rocks. Location was very clean and the hot tub was great! The bed was extremely comfortable! Host left snacks and coffee for us. I would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Quick stay for the Taylor Swift Concert

We enjoyed our stay here. We had several interactions with the owner of the property and she was very helpful. The place was up to date for an older home. It was comfortable. We would come back here again.

Great Stay

This basement apartment was well lit and we enjoyed our stay. It had a private entrance and outdoor space. It is in a great location for Red Rocks and adventures west of Denver. The kitchen was well equipped. We had trouble turning the shower on and I recommend testing it when you arrive.
