"gîte Puydepont"<br>The house, composed of a main part and an adjoining studio, offers a space of 160m2 opening onto a covered terrace overlooking a large garden. Not overlooked, the house is located in a very quiet environment on the edge of a forest full of hiking trails. You can easily radiate throughout the Périgord thanks to quick access to the main communication routes (Périgueux or Bordeaux train line at 1.4 km and A89 at 5 km)<br>If you want to rest in the countryside and enjoy the silence and healthy air of the countryside, you will enjoy a peaceful environment to recharge your batteries while benefiting from many local services (markets, shops, supermarkets). And for your well-being, we have planned various occupations in the house for the children (Playmobils, Kapla, board games, books, comics, DVDs, wii and games with 3 controllers, trampoline, swings, slide, garden hut)<br>The house offers direct access to forest walking paths, accessible by mountain bike. It will still be the tenant's responsibility to unmake the beds and gather all the household linen used, empty the garbage cans and do the dishes. We also ask that the premises be treated with care by leaving them in a correct condition.
