This is the only lake front property in the Black Hills for rent. Enjoy peaceful surroundings on Sheridan Lake, a 386 acre recreation and fishing lake. Beautiful lake views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and outdoor deck will be the perfect place to host your family and friends for a getaway. Entrance to the property is on the same level as the parking area.

Great property with large windows that overlook the lake and wildlife area. Plenty of parking! Property was clean and ready for our stay. Beds were comfortable. The marina is open during the day so if you need to grab a quick snack or beverage, they have it available there. Son fished from the shore, nice beach area for swimming, close to Custer, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Sturgis, Rapid City, Hill City, and other scenic areas and towns! We had a great time and would stay here if coming to the area again!

Loved the space and location! Appreciated the additional amenities and stocked with plenty of soap, detergent, extra blankets, fans, coffe, etc. Our stay was during late winter/early spring, so we had the property to ourselves. We can’t wait to return to enjoy the lake more and hopefully catch some fish! Property was very clean, comfortable and communication with host was easy. Boys ages 7-13, thought it was the most beautiful place on earth. 10 out of 10, would stay again!

This place was absolutely wonderful—I only wish we had more time to enjoy it! I stayed with my younger kids, and they loved the fishing, boating, and the nearby beach. Check-in was quick and simple, and everything we needed was right there. Our host was fantastic, and the little store downstairs was so convenient for snacks, drinks, or even fishing supplies. We would definitely love to come back!

It is in a beautiful quiet location on Lake Sheridan. The property was recently updated and it is very nice looking, as well as very spacious with three bedrooms. The property manager was courteous and helpful.

Wonderful, highly recommend

We had a fantastic time! It was perfect for us, almost too big for our four travelers. We had plenty of room to make tacos in the kitchen. WIFI was great and reliable. I would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area. The location was perfect, the lake was tranquil, and view amazing. The marina traffic was fun to watch and not bothersome at all.

Peaceful lakeside stay

Our group had a wonderful stay at this lakeside property and really enjoyed the amenities of the Marina itself. A great place to stay if you enjoy being on the water and having peace and quiet during the overnight hours. The property owner was very kind, responsive, and accommodating.

Best View and very comfortable stay!

This place has all the items you need just as you would at home, minus the food 😁. The people at the marina were also friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to staying here next year! The view of the lake is beautiful and is close to so many attractions!
